My Favorite course layout in the Tulsa OK. Area
Great challenge from all the tees. Senior “yellow “ tees carry a 129 slope rating. Extremely high reward for making good shots, and corresponding challenges for your misses. Overall course conditions are great but still recovering from a late spring. Highly recommend!!!!
Best Value in the Tulsa Area
Course was in good shape. Tees were perfect, fairways were really nice for this time of year. Greens could use some work in my opinion. Clumps of grass make it difficult to get a putt to roll straight. The greens rolled well though. Decent speed. I will play here again.
Great staff
Andy & David are both great people to have running the course. Curtious helpful and always happy to see you. Course is tough but fair, bunkers will be worked on I hear as they are the only problems with this wonderful course.
Great Deal for The $
Although of few of the greens had problems, the overall course was in very good shape. The bunkers were groomed and had a professional look to them. Two drawbacks: clubhouse only had minimal snacks; not really food to eat. The group in front of us was super slow and we waited absolutely every shot. They were local players who utilize this course as their home course. They never bothered to offer to allow us through. One group behind us quit after about 13 holes and another group of walkers, mind you, walked around us and the aforementioned slow group to get ahead of them. That is not the course's issue but nonetheless, it does reflect on the mgmt. of the course and how they impart or encourage their players to adhere to sportsmanship and courtesy.
Golf outing
The course was in great shape had fun playing golf just wish I would have played better.
Terrible Greens and Tee Boxes
I have played this course many times over the past 8 years. I played earlier in the year in June and the greens were in bad shape, but everything else was ok. This time the greens were worse, the Tee boxes were so dry and hard it was almost impossible to insert a Tee. The fairways and rough had not been properly mowed or mowed recently. Not sure if they have new ownership or management but the course is no longer on my short list. I will not return!
Great layout, my favorite in Tulsa area
Course layout is outstanding, they have had some trouble with greens, today #17 was a temporary green with 17&18 temp tees.
Great service
Play golf
Heritage Hills and the layout is always fun. Fairways were in great condition but disappointed in the greens all around the course. Burn marks every where. If you pay full price it’s definitely not worth your money. Playing it with a discount is the way to go.
Nice course with a good layout
Very challenging course, but is adaptable to players of all skill levels. Good conditions and pleasant place to play.
Such a great course for the price
Always one of my favorite courses in the area. Really fun layout, usually in very good condition. The greens were a little bit patchy, but overall rolled really well. 17 green was being re-done, so they had a little make-shift par 3 and it was very clearly marked, so I appreciated that. Only thing I didn’t like was that there was a HUGE backup on the front nine that never got addressed. I had to skip a hole to get around 2 foursomes that never let anyone play through. But overall, a really enjoyable course that I like to come back to often.
Besides #17, the greens were in pretty good shape. The course has a great layout. It should be nice once the grass grows in come summer time.
Mid-week golf
We started around noon. As the day progressed, the temperature rose and the wind grew stronger. The fairways had more grass than the last time I played there, just a few bare spots. The greens were healthier and rolled very true, some a little faster than others. All in all it was an enjoyable round of golf. Other players were courteous and friendly.
Rescheduled
I booked a tee time for four, 4 days in advance, Then the morning of the round, I getting a call telling me it will have to be rescheduled an hour and twenty minutes later.
Needless to say, I was not happy, having to not only reschedule, but an appointment after the round.
Do you think they would let reschedule if I had the need?
Great course
I have played many of courses and this is by far the best. The staff is AMAZING. Andy Forbes is the golf pro there and he is doing an amazing job. He went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing time. His pro shop workers were amazing too. I love this courses lay out. I’d def recommend playing here. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed.!!
Early Spring Golf
The weather was great, a little cool in the breeze. The bunkers had a little gravel in them, just lay them out and save your wedges, and some fairways were a little sparse in the grass department, but overall the course was in good to excellent condition. As always I could have scored a little better. I met and joined up with others on the back nine. It was a good overall experience and the more I play this course the more I appreciate it.
I would recommend it to anyone.
Great Course
This course is a great course for the price you pay.
Well Worth Playing
Tougher than average public course. Greens were excellent and tricky. the pace on the front nine was good, never more than a couple of minutes waiting on the group ahead. The back nine we waited for stacked up groups ahead while feeling pushed by the group behind us.
I love this course I played it about mid-september and it was in great shape. I don't know if they aerated the greens if that's why they we're in bad shapemmit was in great shape when I played. The staff is also super nice. I'll be back as often as I can.
