Great Course in great condition
Play this course a lot. I continue to be impressed with how it is being maintained. They are putting a lot of time in to keep in looking and playing great! Yes there are areas where they are still working on it but that is any course. Brad is out there everyday looking over the course and checking on it. Tee boxes to fairways to greens are in great condition! I do wish players would learn to keep in nice by repairing divots and ball marks!
Good course
This is a good course for the money. Challenging enough to be interesting but not frustrating. Normally in pretty good condition and typically the pace of play isn't bad. Not sure if it is because of Covid or not but I'm looking forward to the bar being re-opened.
Nice fairways
Very nice golf course and amazing challenging layout. It seems like they are consistently improving and maintaining the golf course to satisfy their customers. I look forward to play there agian.
Great course
Royal Oaks is a great course for any level player. Forgiving open fairways with greens that will still challenge experienced golfers. Good pace and good condition. Will come back!
A Little Gem
Royal Oaks was a super deal on both price and enjoyment. Greens were perfect along were the tee boxes and fairways. "Up there " with the "Big Boys" in the area but a sure fire value to any golfer. Nice choice of tee boxes to please all. Looking forward to playing again.
Great course!
Course was in excellent shape, especially the greens!! My favorite local course for sure
great course
My wife and I where traveling through the area, found the course on golfnow for 30$ was skeptical because of the price, boy was I wrong. Course was beautiful for mid October. Highly recommend
Going downhill?
This course used to be one of my favorites and was always in nice condition. I don't know what has happened but for $50, it's just not worth it. Large bare spots in most fairways, tee boxes were all torn up, and lots of bunkers 'under repair'. Even the practice area near the driving range was a disaster. The greens were still nice, but either lower the price or keep in in decent condition. I understand the tough environment in 2020, but if cheaper courses can do it, so can Royal Oaks.
