Great day of golf

CHERAW ST PARK SC

ABSOLUTE, best value for the buck. I would not have thought a state park would have a golf course this well maintained. Wide fairways, nice blind shots and a tree or two thrown in view just to peek the golfers interest. one very intimidating par 4 with water on the approach. Worth the drive from Ft Liberty, NC (1 hr 30 mins).

My wife and I relocated from California to the Carolinas, We have been looking for a golf course for a home course, Cheraw was the best of the 8-10 courses we have visited so far, We were 30min late for our tee time due to car GPS got us lost. Joshua was very acomindating the course greens had just been lightly punched still played very well. this is a hidden GEM for sure and the folks running were very nice. cant wait to play again.

Beautiful Course!!

Absolutely beautiful course. Incredible views on well maintained greens. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because at one time we had 4 teams on one hole. We spent a lot time of waiting to play. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend!

Greens get 4 stars, fairways get 3. Some bunkers need a little more sand. Pace of play was terrible. It took 3 hours to complete 11 holes. A course ranger never in sight! Normally a course that is well maintained but not this day.
