This course is an amazing value. The course, practice facilities, and club house are amazing. The staff is great, and it is SO cheap for what you get. I will be back

Excelkent. A Pinehurst type course for 1/3 the price
Great golf
I enjoy the Cheraw State Park all the time but in Fall it is so beautiful with the golden long leaf pine straw and plush green fairways, not to mention the fish between 13 and 14 if you have time put a quarter in the food box and enjoy the fish feeding. Had a great time today with my grandson at a very reasonable price.
Tough Test
Course was wet from recent rain so it played long. Tees, fairways and greens in very good condition and I would have given it a 5 except for the traps. Yes they had some rain a few days ago, but many traps still had 50% or more water coverage from poor drainage , and those that weren’t like ponds were hard,with pebbles and poor sand. Too good a course to have that issue .Layout is demanding but fun with a good variety. Only exception is #13. Almost impossible for me (10 handicap)to hit in 2 from white tees (446 yds). Should be a par 5 for the ladies or shorten the tees From 385. I played with my wife who is a strong 14 and many of the par 4s were almost unreachable in 2. She hits a decent driver and was hitting 3-5 wood into almost half the par fours and 5s. Probably a bit too long for her , so I can imagine it would be too difficult for the average women player.
Course was not overly crowded for a beautiful fall day,so we moved around quickly in well under 4 hours. Could be better but definitely worth the trip.

Keep rebuilding your bunkers as they do need the upgrades
