first time playing this course off golfnow for $8 which was best thing bout the day. it was a 9 hole munipical course with greens that were in horrible condition. everyone of them had bare spots and looked like they were burnt up. the rough wasn't mowed I guess due to rain last couple days but ill never play this course again. at least I got to play while I was here on vacation and work on my short game some. im sure course has been in better shape at some time but today it wasn't. its the worse course iie ever played but for $8 I guess I cant complan too much

To start a golf season it's good. The greens was not in goods conditions.

Played Conway golf course, although a very nice course it appears to have a draining issue, course was a mess very muddy, swing an iron from fairway.. Get sprayed with mud. I will try this course again closer to summer time.

This is a small but nicely-kept course. Twice around for 18 holes. The multiple tees (for both 'front' and 'back' rounds) are a little confusing, unless you just say 'the heck with it' and enjoy the time like we did. Not a busy course, nice people, and what's to complain about weather-wise in MB?

If you come to the Myrtle Beach area and are looking to play golf, look somewhere else. Although the staff is friendly, the course is in horrible condition. Between all of the fire ant holes, and the sand filled greens, this course is not worth the time or money. It looked as if the grass had not been cut in over a week and there were no greens. The greens were strictly sand with a few patches of grass.

We have played this course on occasion for a number of years and having played recently since an apparent ownership have found the overall conditions of the course to have deteriorated fairly severely. It also disturbed us that the person doing maintainable on the course had no regard for those playing. In the past this was a really neat, well maintained and fun to play course. Not so these days. Hopefully the current owners will get the message and do the necessary improvements as the club house staff are very friendly and welcoming.

First off, I won't pretend I'm a pro golfer. I'm average. What lead me to the course was the price. It was our first time at the golf club and I reccomend you stay away. The greens are most likely never seeded, fertilized or watered. To paint a picture it's like putting in a sand trap. No exaggeration. The pace of play was bad, causing us to skip holes and play them on the 2nd time through (You play the same 9 holes twice). The "grounds crew" on the mowers would Hoover behind or next to you while you take your shot. All in all, I understand that you get what you pay for, but save your time and money, spend a bit more and play a course that is taken care of. We won't be back. Hope this helps!

I've been playing this course a few times a year for the last several years and they recently underwent a change in the people who operate the course. I've definitely noticed an improvement in the amount of effort going into it and it's starting to show in the course conditions as well. With that said, there still is a lot of work to be done on the greens. Once they are up to par, I believe this will be a great little course!

If you're wanting to practice your drives and approach shots, it's not too bad but once you're on the green, pick it up! Not a smooth surface anywhere on the greens! Fix the greens and it ain't half bad for the value!

Good little course but the Greens were horrible.. very rough and need alot of work..Very difficult to putt..It was so hot (99) we quit after 9..But for $15 can't complain to much..Good for kids to learn..
