Just okay
Got there an hour early to check in and hit some range balls … range is kinda tore up. After, went to chip … chipping / putting green was okay. Originally the golf pro checked me in. After practicing I went in and the shop attendant was there. He was grumpy and didn’t hear a word I had to say about having already checking in and the pro telling me that he had me paired up with a twosome. Right at my tee time I asked the older, grumpy shop attendant what was going on and he argued that he didn’t check me in and he didn’t know what I was talking about. I explained that is because he was busy being a grump and didn’t listen to me when I tried explaining the first time. Ultimately, I just went out and started playing. Monday / Tuesday no hot dogs, food, service. Course was kinda chopped up and not well maintained, but it had some fun elevations. Overall, this course was average with a grumpy attendant who appeared to not care about the ppl paying to golf there.
Early am round
A really fun course to play. Lots of unique looks. Greens are in good shape. Tee boxes were a bit so so. Some work being done on the bunkers. Overall a positive experience
Good value and friendly staff
I’ve played this course many times. I’m not going to dock them for all the leaves even though I lost two balls in the middle of the fairway because of the leaves.
The greens were in good shape and that’s not always the case.

Freaking love this place. They keep improving it every time I go !
Hanover
Unique course in the area, more elevation change than other clubs. Amenities a plus. Greens in great shape September 2022. Sand traps could use a lot of work. Fairways were good. Pretty tight on some holes.
Best course in Richmond
This course gets better every time I play it. The club is getting updates as well and I can’t wait to see what this country club and golf course looks like in 2023!
Great course for the price.
Will not find a better course in Richmond for the price. Greens, tees, fairways, tee boxes all in good shape. Decent pace of play for a public golf course.
