Sunland Village Golf Course
About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

A very good bargain in Mesa
First time to play here. No crowd in the heat of May and the friendly and professional course manager was able to get us on a little earlier than our tee time. Off-season it is possible to play just two persons. This course is mostly a mix of Par-3 and Par-4s. Easy and fun to play. Course requires skill and accurate over simply hitting for distance. Off-season nine holes plus a cart was $15, although it cost me $9 to reserve online. It was unclear if that got waived once we showed. Great staff and friendly persons here make this a winner.
Best staff
Course was nice and the value was great!
Restaurant was very good with excellent service and a ice water to go!
Great Value
Nice Executine course. Greens are in good condition. Fairways are in reasonable condition considering that it's transitioning back to summer grass. Course is generally flat. Water comes into play on several holes. I played as a single in exactly 2 hours. Played through 2 groups. Both groups were very accommodating. The Gentleman in the Pro Shop was very helpful and friendly. One of the best executive courses in the Valley and reasonably priced. Had a great time.
Great course
First time playing this course and we will be playing it again. It is a great executive course with mostly 3 and 4 par holes.
Would recommend this course not only is it a fun course to play but the green where in really good shape but the staff was absolutely wonderful and provided fantastic customer service.
One Of The Best Executive Courses In The Valley
We played the round in about 3 hours. Approach areas around the greens on the front 9 were aerated. Otherwise, the course was in great shape. Super friendly & helpful staff.
Village or springs????
First off, I hate golf courses who have similar names in the same city. I of course went to the wrong sunland but fortunately they are 16 minutes apart. I not greeted with a smile but I'll just chalk it up they are good to the regulars and not new people. I like their layout and they were nice enough to allow me to get my clubs from my car as some other golf courses are a holes and make us drag our stuff out. So kudos for that. Their driving range is close to the parking area so be aware if you have a nice car.. they do warn you though. Thank God the lot wasn't full or I would of had to park on the street. Lots of par 3 and 4 and one 5. Not bad courses for a 63. I would go again. Great place for the average golfer and seemed like a good neighborhood. Thanks
