Nestled within a quiet retirement community, the Sunland Village East Golf Course is a great course for seniors and beginners. It is also a good course for golfers who want to work on their short game, especially practicing with short irons. The course, which is a mix of par 3s and par 4s, has a short layout that rewards good shots making it perfect for golfers who are intimidated by lengthier courses with par 5s. Staff is Extremely friendly, and the Golf Course is in really good shape.

Best Executive Course!
This is by far the best executive course in the Valley! The course is always in solid condition, the staff is extremely friendly and they have a great sports grill with awesome specials.
I’ve been coming here since it opened in 1998 and it consider it my home course. SVE is HIGHLY recommended!
SVE delivers a well kept course for a fun round of golf!
Everything from the tees to the fairways and greens is in the kind of shape we like! A lot of other courses could learn a lesson from SVE for course maintainance.

Great summer course
Sunland Village East is in better shape than a number of membership courses out here in the desert. Great staff onsite every time. It’s the best exec experience I’ve had in Phienix area.

Took my husband to play golf here for Father’s Day. Staff was very friendly and course was really nice. We ate lunch at the restaurant and it was so good. Would recommend this course and we will be going back to play there.

SVE
I played it for the first time ever in the spring. This is my first time back since Arizona has touch the 100° mark and the course is a bit different. A few months ago iit was very lush and every surface was a great surface to hit from. Its only end of May. I’m a little fearful of what it might look like over the coming months. I sure hope they keep it up. It was a great play. Will need water.

Very well maintained executive course. Has maintained grass from far right to far left. Thoroughly enjoyed playing and will be back to play again.
Great Green conditions, really fast
Don't get above the hole if you can. We had about 4 holes behind a 5-some, very slow. They didn't really seem to care that they were holding us up. But finally let us play through. After that we moved along great. If going to allow 5-somes, need to tell them that they must allow others to play through right away.
