About
Located at the Sun City Lakes golf facility, the private East Golf Course offers a traditional design with many of the trademarks of Arizona courses, including a desert landscape. The course is an excellent location for golfers to work on their short game. The course is interesting in that the front nine and back nine have different features. The front nine holes are quite open while several tricky elements, including strategically placed bunkers, come into play on the back nine. The Lakes East Golf Course facility also has a driving range, putting green, and chipping areas for golfers to use.

Wicked Greens
If you want to work on your green reading this is this place. Course and greens were in excellent shape. Pin placement made you double check before putting. First time playing there and will definitely come back. Staff was excellent and very helpful.
Nice day of golf

Great value
The only negative I have about this course is that it is extremely short. One hole is only 80 yards. I don’t look up course details so I know that’s on me for not seeing that before booking. Overall this course is excellent! Great views, fun layout and very enjoyable overall. Walking took about 2.5 hours to play 18. Will definitely be back to play the west course.
Great Walking course for Junior golfers
I have an 11 year old son that likes to walk the course. Great course to do his practice rounds to get him ready for his tournaments. Staff are super friendly w/ great service in club house restaurant. We recommend the Cheese burger. Its awesome!
Great Executive
Great course. Greens are fast so be cautious with bump n runs. Some very gettable par 4s if you can get one straight down the fair. Definitely challenges you, keeps you honest. I’ll keep coming back for the price not a lot of folks out and the time of the year is only getting better. Can’t wait to play the West and compare.
Fine for your money
Golf is expensive obviously . For college students trying to save some money and go to a “cheap” course I would say pay the extra $40 and go to a course that has some green grass and some variety in holes.
Very well maintained course, speedy greens, pricey cart rental
I love this course as well as the west course, this time we decided to get a cart rental. We paid $15 a person for said rental, even though we were using one cart. $30 for a cart rental seems a tad steep. I’ll make sure to walk the executive course next time to get my monies worth, $30 is just crazy expensive for the quality of cart we rented.
Nice course, good condition
Typical exec course, of note was the lack of ppl playing it in the aft. Everyone was playing the regulation course next door.
First 18 in Sun City
First 18 in Sun City. Course is well-maintained great shape greens are fun to putt on.
Easy walk nice greens
Good quick 18 holes allowing some full swings and requiring focus on the quick and well maintained greens.
One of the best executive course in the valley. We were able to play 18 holes in 2 hours, walking.

Very nice course with some challenging holes. If you need work on your irons & short game this is a course that is excellent for that.
