East at Eagle Valley Golf Course
About
The East Course is one of two championship courses at Eagle Valley Golf Course. Although it is less challenging than the West Course, it offers the same quality and entertainment. Golfers who aren't ready to take on the West will feel comfortable on the East. Situated at the base of the Eastern Sierra in the heart of the Silver Country, the golf course offers scenic views that complement the rustic setting. The layout is wide open, making it ideal for beginning to intermediate players. There are some long holes and a few bunkers but it is a forgiving course that is great for a casual round.

Great Course for the $
This course was an awesome deal! Very great price for a solid course. Very wide open course, with the difficulty coming from the longer rough. The only deltas was the course was VERY wet, and they were still watering it down. The bunkers had hard dirt and rocks, instead of sand. I would definitely come back!
Summer Golf
East course is very wide open course. Course pace was very slow due to tournament. Would be nice if Marshall was there to help with the pace. Fabulous service at restaurant where you get ice for the golf carts.
Golf
Eagle Valley East was in good shape. Greens were awesome, staff was great as always. We had a great time and will be back. Thanks
Fun course
You come here to hit away. Lot of fun doing that. Course needs some upkeep but the greens were fantastic. Great value for a public course. Either side.
Eagle Valley East -Fun & Easy
I only gave Eagle Valley East 4 stars because it's almost too easy. Very flat, and most holes run parallel, but very well maintained. Played thru 18 in welll under 4 hrs, and I'm just an intermediate. Would definitely go back and looking forward to the West course.
Good Open Course
Very open, difficult to lose a ball. Course is overall in good condition. Try the West course for a bigger challenge.
You get MORE than you pay for.
The staff were great. The restaurant was good. The course was as advertised, wide open with some long holes. Enough variance in the layout to keep it somewhat interesting. The roughs were inconsistent. The greens were still recovering from winter and were fairly uneven. Very wet in some spots. Nice scenery. I enjoyed my round as I was shaking off some rust/snow as was the course. I will be back.
Great potential
The good:
Nice layout, grass everywhere in exceptional shape for Nevada.
The needs improvement:
Bunkers are nothing more than dirt and rocks, not pebbles, but real rocks -- my fellow players and I elected to not destroy our sand wedges several times.
GUR: a lot.
Great potential if a few rough edges get fixed up.
Staff extremely friendly, as were people we hung out with on course while waiting to make our tee or approach shots.
