Didn’t play
Poured rain off and on the entire day. Chose not to play, but golf course didn’t declare a rainout so I lost $454. Live and learn.
I have deleted Golf Now app immediately.

nice layout
Great layout and challenges however greens and tee decks were not in good condition for the price paid
Challenging but poor value
I’ve played this course many times but not for two years. Prices have increased disproportionately to all other courses. Fairways are brown greens in marginal shape. This course is not what it used to be.
Nice Public Course
Friendly staff, course in decent condition, great speed of play, surprisingly scenic
Great view
We found the coarse to be a beautiful place and great layout. However the greens and tee box’s were in very rough shape.
We had a good experience place of play was slow but overall good experience.
One of the best course layouts I have ever played. Great golf holes. Pace of play probably slow because of difficulty. Crowded on day I played. Condition of course could be better otherwise this would be considered a truly great golf course.
Good Experience
Nice course very close to Fort Lauderdale beaches. Old school course that has been well maintained. Good condition for time of year. We booked at $120, which is about $30 more than the ten pack you can buy at the course. For the location and time of year, I think the value was about right. They provided an awesome course guidebook that was extremely helpful for a first time player.
Nope
Save your money and go anywhere else. Greens have sand and dirt patches everywhere. Tee boxes are a joke and this is the most expensive place on golf now in the area. Come on man!!!!
Nice staff though!
Has potential but let down
The course layout has potential to be one of the greats in Florida. Tremendous layout and unique challenging holes. Very difficult and a great test of golf. I played the black tees at 6900 and it gave me a great test. Cons: greens were slow and in general very poor condition. Especially for the price we paid I was extremely disappointed. Fairways were ok. Tees were average. Pace of play was also bad. 5 hour round. Would maybe play again for the challenge but at 150 for a hot deal it’s a hard no.
Great Track
The course conditions has improved a lot. As always the Pro-Shop, starter and Bar service has always been great. Pace of play was slow no fault of the Club. The green fees could be priced better. Overall I always enjoy playing Emerald Hills!
Fun challenging course
Emerald Hills is a fairly challenging course. Very nice big greens. Some fairways and rough were not in pristine condition but there had been alot of rain. Multiple carries over water.
Terrible condition
I was told this use to be a great course but its not anymore. Parts of the greens were dead and unplayable. Dried up fairways and just overall lack of maintenance. The conditions of the greens alone warrant 1 star.
Not worth the green fee
We chose this course as it was near the airport and we had a flight to catch. We tee-ed off at 9 and by 12:30 we had only done 12 holes.
The course design is nice but the condition of the tee blocks were poor and the greens were slow and recently sanded.
We left after 12 holes and the staff were quite rude when we told them that they are backed off.
The pace of play was the worst of all the courses we played in Florida!!!
