If they will not take care of their property and let it turn into Sandy rock land, they should just close the course and build a shopping mall or something on it. It would at least cater to some!! The condition of the course; greens, fairways, etc. is so bad I can't find words to describe the wasted time getting out there to play.

We enjoyed the openness and the layout of the course, the starter was very friendly....nice conversation with him. The course needs water, the greens were really dry, no give when putting and if you hit to hard, the ball keeps going!! Wish it wasn't 45 minutes away.

Course in tough shape. Obvious financial distress. Greens, fairways and bunkers terrible.

Course has a lot of nice holes, , different and fair . Tee boxes and fairways awful . Greens were ok not good. . Would not go back .

Except for a few sets of players who were extremely slow, we had a great time enjoying the facing the challenges this lovely course offers.

Played as a 4some on Saturday January 23rd. Unfortunately, the course was in really bad condition. The tee boxes, fairways and greens do not have much grass on them. The rough is not maintained with any sort of consistency. We played this course in the summer and it was in great condition. Apparently management has decided to neglect the maintenance needed to run a course in Florida during the peak season. Really sad and disappointing.

The day we were there the pace was very slow. They need a ranger!

Jalapeño chips. Server was very attentive and friendly, definitely not her fault. Was very apologetic.

This was a good bang for the buck. Second time played and would gladly return as long as the price doesn't rise. The operators are working at improving the course and it shows. An enjoyable experience.

Enjoyed the course and had fun. Challenging but not overwheming.

Course is getting rough. Some tee boxes & fairways rough. No sand or rakes on any carts. Can't fill divots or rake bunkers. Have played recently, and course is not kept up. Too bad. I like the layout. Cost is low with 'value' deals.

I normally play the popular courses in Southwest Orlando, but this time I wanted to play something different due to the pace of play and overcrowding. When I arrived, the clubhouse staff was welcoming and friendly. I like the certain nostalgia that came with the course. The par 5's are challenging as well as the par 3's. The par 4's will not disappoint either due to the bunker placement around the greens. The greens roll very fair and are in good condition. The fairways are also in good shape and the rough is not too overgrown where it is impossible to find your ball. I would recommend this course to all of my friends.

This is a nice course...shows a bit of wear but most courses do these days. Some nice rolling terrain and very wide fairways. I shot better on the front nine "lake" course than the back. It is about an hour from my home and not far from the Zellwood Station course which I actually prefer.

Again we were surprised The course was in good condition and the staff very friendly. We rnjoy our rounds here. An old course with a few nice twists.

Very good condition. Greens were in great shape, price was good. Only thing that needs work was some of the tee boxes some were sloped and very sandy but overall had a great time.

It's really a very nice course for the money. You can find great deal for this course. The staff is super friendly and they have great sandwiches. I have never felt rushed in this course. It's a great course for beginners or experienced players alike. Several holes over birdie opportunities; however, don't take the course for granted since there's a few tough holes as well. Plenty of room for the driver on most holes with some great views. My favorite holes are mostly on the front nine;however, hole number 17 is truly one of the best.

I'm an old time Errol estate lover. Played this course and the now deceased third nine dozens of times since the 1980s. It used to be the perfect get away for a week and golf your brains out layout. Not too easy not too hard. Always in great shape
It's been like watching an elder relative die in slow motion. It's much better than it was last year but still on life support. A shame. Good place to take a child or spouse to learn the game. Not very busy. You can play 18 in under 3 hours.

Got a 8:30 tee time on a Sunday for only $25... so you can't really beat that.

The greens had little consistency as some are in the shade and some are in the sun... so green speed changes every hole almost

Few wet/muddy spots, but otherwise it looked good... fairways could use a little love.
