Rolling Oaks is one of two championship courses at World Woods Golf Club. The layout offers something completely different from the renowned Pine Barrens course at the club, but it still offers the same amount of challenge and quality. The golf course is named after its landscape of rolling hills and forests of centuries old Oak trees draped with Spanish moss. Lush, rolling fairways lead to undulating greens that are protected by sharply defined, white sand bunkers. Water hazards come into play on three holes. The golf course has a traditional design but the dramatic elevation changes and picturesque landscape covered in azaleas, dogwoods, and magnolia trees really make it stand out. In addition to the two golf courses, World Woods also offers a nine-hole practice course and a circular, 20-acre driving range with target greens and practice bunkers.

This is me on one of the more difficult par 5's. If you play it and your a long ball, play it to the right fairway...You can make it...Lol.. Photo submitted by Robert5455343 on 11/16/2013

Solid but Greens Should be Better
Nice track with a variety of holes. Greens had numerous bald spots which are unacceptable. With that being said when bald spots were not in play made a number of putts. Would recommend if you pay $35 or less.
Always a pleasure
Yes, some of the greens have rough spots but they roll well. Fairways are good. World Woods remains a pleasurable place to play.
I have played this course many times over the years. It is sad to see it in this condition. It has gone downhill over the last few years. Greens were in terrible shape. I hope they give this course d sxf one love, o hold it in high regard.
Rolling Wonderful
It is such a pleasure to play golf courses with no houses to be seen. Golf at it's finest. Go World Woods!
Whole picture
The course with it's wide open fairways and well placed bunkers was a sight to behold. But once you made it to the greens it was another story. Bad patchy, punched. I understand this is a necessary just not much fun to put on.
ww
Not worth the money., Greens bad , bunkers bad , and fairways ok. Gone down a lot in last 5 years.
Nice course but was overbooked!
This was a nice course. Greens were slow and some needed some more time since they just aerated 2 weeks ago. Scott the Ranger was very helpful and personable but the course was overbooked. Probably due to long Labor Day weekend, make pace of play pretty bad. It was so hot that day too. So glad the cart girl came around to help cool us down! Fairways were in good shape and gave plenty of room for shots off the tee box. I'll come back again but when it's less crowded.
Love these courses
We have played World Wood courses a few times over the last 2 years, Great layout, Fairways in excellent shape, greens have some issues with large diseased areas, could have placed hole in green areas.
Great course
Great layout. Played in afternoon heat with few golfers around, so nice to have this nice pace of play. Fairways are good. Greens rough shape but have been aerated so hopefully they can get them back in good condition. World Woods both courses are worth the drive.
Solid for the right price
Solid course - greens have been punched and slow.
Some wet areas.
Beautiful track with some issue but solid for the right price.
Solid staff.
Condition
Greens were really bad. Plus they had just airerated making it very difficult to putt. Seemed we had to deal with mowers all day. I've played this course for over 25 yrs. This was a very above avg place. Not now just run of milk very avg
Different layout
Greens are 6/10 and slowwww. Liked the different layout. I would compare it to saddlebrook in n Tampa area w worse greens. Play foxwood hallow or lake jovita and save the drive. Landsbrooke is in similar shape
Was disappointed in the condition of the greens. Large brown spots on the greens, also bear areas. Fairways were great. But it's not the course it started out years ago.
Lil Spotty
The only issue I had was some of the greens had herpes and they were bumpy and shaggy. Other than that fun course.
