Tiger Point Golf Club
About
The course at Tiger Point runs alongside the Intracoastal Waterway, offering panoramic ocean views. The course was designed in the tradition of classic Scottish links golf courses but with the added feature of water, which comes into play on 14 holes. A generous sprinkling of towering southern pines sets the layout apart as well. Originally a nine-hole course, another nine was added in 1984 and in 1989, then was another redesign of the golf course. Since then, it has becomes one of the Pensacola area's most treasured courses. Tiger Point also offers a driving range, practice bunker, two practice greens, and a chipping green.

Good Course, great value
My son and I played Tiger Point and enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the atmosphere in the clubhouse.
The course was in good condition, early May. It was well mowed with some bare spots.
Golf Now provided us with a great price. I will definitely be back!
Ok for the money.
I am a routine player on his course so I've seen it over the years. The tee boxes are almost bare and the greens are not in good shape. This may change in a month. But, right now, it's not worth more than $25 a round.
Best golf track the gulf coast has to offer.
This place is a hidden gem. Under new management. Honours golf is making a world of difference at this place. In only 3 weeks they have gotten rid of all the Poanna grass that was on the greens. For what they charge it is the best golf deal you can find around town. I wouldn't go to Stonebrook, Marcus point, or scenic hills if I had the option to play this course- best track the Florida gulf coast has to offer with Lost key a close 2nd!
Very poor course maintenance
Nice course layout, but conditions we very poor... goat ranch. Will not be back any time soon.
Sooo much better!!!
The course has been taken over by a new management company!!
A difference of day and night!!
It will only get better!
Wonderful!
Brutal course conditions
Course is dried up and the greens are in bad shape.
Over all the course is getting back to being in good shape. Greens are still a little rough but will get there soon. Course played nice everywhere else, well worth the GolfNow price
Back nine had better lay out.
The course was not in good condition at all. It was not worth money to play it.
Wifes first golf round
I took my wife golfing for the first time on Easter sunday. The day was great! We went later in the day to avoid having to rush. The course was in good shape the staff was very friendly and we had a wonderful time. Shortly after we finished the round, my wife turned to me and said im ready to go again. We have another golfer.
nice course greens needed some work staff was very friendly and helpful. overall good experience
Most beautiful golf course in Pensacola
This golf course was amazing! Everything about it was beautiful. The water (which there was a lot of it), the greens, and the people. There were family's hanging out on there back porch drinking sweet tea watching there kids playing in the backyards. I would recommend bringing a lot of golf balls a lot of water. This is the most beautiful golf course in Pensacola.
Don't waste your time
Tiger Point can be a beautiful golf course at one one time it was. My foursome arrived this Monday to find the course in terrible shape with virtually no grass on any tees or greens or fairways for that matter. It is obvious that the management staff has let the golf course go. While we were there we were told a new management staff was taking over on Saturday. Here's hoping that they will do a much better job with this golf course in the future. Until that is proven, our group will not be back.
Best deal in the Panhandle. Course well maintained !!!!! Friendly Helpful staff. Totally enjoyable time!!!!!
Diamond in the Rough
Great value for the money and great layout of this course. All it needs is a little tender loving care to make it one of the best on the Emerald Coast. Looking forward to the new management that starts next month in order to really bring this course back to it past glory.
First timer
I found a very affordable rate at Tiger Point and decided to try the course out. The course was in good condition considering the early spring season. Greens appear to be very well maintained. As all the previous comments indicate, yes, there is a lot of water on the course with 14 holes having water in play at some point. This course demands smart course management. Golf carts included a cooler with ice already in them for whatever beverages you may want. The off course amenities were fairly average but I make this statement just on my observation of the interior of the club house and a bar area that had one patron. I will certainly be back to the course in the future.
Horrible course
The course conditions were absolutely horrible. From the fairways to the greens to even the tee boxes, nothing had been maintained. For the cost of the round and that they are still charging regular fees on their site, it was definitely not worth it.
greens
greens had no grass. only soil, bumpy, spotty grass
Needs work
Played on a chilly windy day. The club house is nice but once you hit the course, look out. The greens are terrible and looks like they haven't done any maintenance to the course in a long while. Don't know if it's because of the winter months? The layout of the course is nice though. Got a hot deal through golf now for $25. But noticed the price dropped to $19 a day before our tee time. Would never pay full price to play this course.
