Seaview - The Bay Course
About
The Bay Course is one of two 18-hole courses that the Seaview offers. Designed by famed golf course designer, Donald Ross, it was the first course of the resort and it is also the more famous of the two. Over the years, they made renovations but it was eventually restored to Ross' original links design.
The greens are small and undulating and the Atlantic winds definitely play a huge role in the game. The 2nd hole is the signature hole with a yardage of 432 and a par of 4 that can where the ocean serves as a hazard. Seaview's Bay Course also hosts the ShopRite LPGA Classic.

Well Known Gem of South Jersey
Everyone knows the LGPA plays here annually. The course is terrific and always in good shape. What I like best is the pace of play. Hopefully I'm not jinxing myself but played in 4 hours every time I've been here. In the "off season" they have excellent "deals". In the summer (at least last summer), not so much. Hopefully they will offer some GolfPass Hot Deals in the spring and summer - as they do in the winter.
Good offseason rates, multiple t-boxes down
Played the bay for offseason rates, good value for the price, disappointing that multiple t boxes were being repaired and the only substitute offered was mats…
Shame on Seawiew!
I have played the Bay course dozens of times. It's my favorite in the Atlantic City area. Sadly, they have gotten greedy and overbooked with outings and daily fee play resulting in a 5 1/2 hour round. When we asked a staff member why the extremely slow play he was unapologetic and said it's our peak season... nonsense! The greens hadn't been cut and were a shadow of their normal speed. This is a great golf course, but if they treat their customers like this, our group will have to find a new place to play.
Beautiful
Incredible views of brigantine and AC. The greens and fringe were pretty much perfect and this is during the off-season (March).
Always a fun time at seaview bay course
Seaview bay course keeps its conditions sharp throughout the year, even on the rare January rounds like the one my buddy and I played. With the exception of temp tees on all the par 3's, everything played as normal which is hard to come by during winter in the northeast. From the views of the bay and AC skyline right off some of the holes to the links style hills and highly contoured greens, the course itself is always one of my favorites in Jersey. The cool atmosphere you feel from the yearly LPGA event the bay course hosts is also an added bonus! Highly recommend!
Seaview bay course condition
The course was in great condition. It’s in the best shape in years. A real pleasure and enjoyable round of golf.
Disappointing
Was expecting a real treat in Atlantic City and this was not it. The staff could not have been less interested in providing any service. Not even a place to out on shoes, just told to stand against an old iron rail.
It is a great piece of property with great views, but the grounds, fairways, and greens were in very poor shape.
Great Condition
It was a pleasure to play the Bay Course. Everything was perfect from tee to greens!
outstanding course
course fairways were like carpeting, and green were very challanging
