Dix Hills Park Golf Course

The greens were very nice , The fairways were a bit hardpan in some areas but I always enjoy playing this course, I am not the bomber so this is the type of course I still can get some pars on the par 4's.

I drive almost 22 miles to play here, Well mantiained, good Lay out, friendly Staff, I will be back and I would recommend

The conditions weren’t too bad given the recent weather however their were several groups in front that wouldn’t allow playing through and looked at/took every putt as if it were the US Open

sprinklers went on several times while we were hitting the ball/not fun. gps on carts way too sensative.cart stops for no reason

No issue with Golf now or the booking.. I arrived early enough. Was told that all carts were out but should be fine. The group in front of me was also waiting for carts. 15 minutes after my start time, still waiting. Then I saw walkers get sent out in front of me .Another 15 minutes and still no cart. The pace of play is extremely slow as I watched the group's on the first hole. I decided to leave when there were 3 foursome waiting on the tee ahead of me. If you want to wait on every hole and play a 3 hour 9. This is for you..

The course was fine. Unfortunately no ranger and too many players that took
8 -10 strokes before even getting to the greens. They also would not tee off until the group ahead got completely off the greens, even though they knew they could not reach the greens with their tee shots which slowed play even more

Good value, fair number of ppl so it can be slightly slow but staff very helpful and course in excellent condition. Rough is kept short and greens are nicely watered. Would definitely come back.

This is the second time playing Dix Hills.The first I played soccer golf here and had a good time.This time I took my 15 year old son to play.Overall had a good time.Course was in decent shape.Got stuck behind an elderly couple who obviously didn't know golf courtesy and hit the ball a max of 75 yds per shot and had problems finding their balls and never offered for us to play thru.Luckily we were in no hurry and still enjoyed the day.The deal we got for the specific tee time made it well worth it so overall I can't complain.Dont go here expecting too much but it's a decent little 9hole course that if you get it cheap it's a good deal.Regular rates are crazy in my opinion.

Good course to work on your game. Greens are slow but in good shape.

I left after 5 holes. Much too slow. A ladies league played in the morning and the course never recovered.

Good 9 hole coarse.
Great for beginer to intermediate players.

Good warm up course can't beat the price golf and cart
