Good municipal course

Disappointed that there are no ladies tees set up on this course or on Scottish Golf app to allow women to enter a fair general play score. The course was hard to navigate due to lack of singable for next tees or numbers on tee boxes so a lot of wasted time spent trying to navigate the course. Greens were pretty good and a challenging and enjoyable course all the same .

Greens are torn up unfortunately.

Unfortunately all the greens have been torn up by dirt bikes. This would be a lovely course otherwise.

Best I have seen it

Having grown up in the area and played the course a load of times over the years, I can say I was delighted with the condition of the course last week. I would go as far as to say it is as good as I can remember it ever being.
Fairways in great shape and greens as good as you could expect in a municipal course.
Will definitely be back soon for another trip down memory lane ... please keep this course open

An old course with a little charm

I really enjoyed playing this course, a good variety of holes requiring some good drives and some well placed shots. Fairways in excellent condition and greens very good also makes for a great round of golf. The fact I got on it for a song was an added bonus, really really enjoyable

Great value for money

The course was in good condition except for the greens which were a bit dry in places.Course is a bit rough and ready in places due to proximity io Glasgow housing scheme but a good course layout and great value makes it worth a visit
