Another course I've played over last 30 years, have played it in all kinds of conditions from winter to summer and blowing a gale.
Great greens to putt on all year round
Give it a go, you won't be disappointed with course and the views.
A good course and lovely views
A few “ next hole this way signs” wouldn’t go a miss. Nice course but we got lost on several holes so this addressed would of made it much more enjoyable.
This aside it was a very nice course with some lovely views. Definitely recommend
Course with a view
Three of us had a great round.
Course was in great condition for this time of year.
Could do with some signage to point you to the T box.
A member was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction.
Had a drink in the bar and soaked in the views of Belfast lough very relaxed atmosphere.
Certainly will play there again.

A gem of a find with some of the most challenging greens
A short course but dont be fooled this course is protected by challenging well maintained greens that require good reading and weight judgement otherwise you can find yourself adding to your score quickly. Good views and excelllent greens make this course a joy to play.
Carnalea By The Sea
The first contact we had when we arrived was a very welcoming greenkeeper which was a great start to our day! The course was in very good condition considering the warm weather and we had a great round of golf. We finished up having some food and drinks in the conservatory of the bar/ restaurant which overlooks the beautiful elevated setting of the par 3 ninth hole sitting rather eloquently above the fantastic views of Belfast Lough.

Played Carnalea course was in superb condition and the weather,
The course is a true test of golf
The setting is picturesque with absolutely stunning views .
Great value for money and i will definitely be returning thanks
Wasn't told the 10th hole was closed for juvenile practice when I booked using golfnow or when i checked in at the pro shop. 17 holes for the price of 18. Greens were fast, course in good condition. Great views of Belfast lough on the front nine.
