A hidden gem
Although a little off the beaten track this was a little gem of a golf course. We got lucky with the weather. The bar staff were brill and the food was very reasonable and tasty
Great scenery
Beautifull course tight in places.small greens so you have to be straight.recommend highly.bit slow at times due to Texas scramble competition going on.
Great course in good condition, tight fairways, some blind shots but really enjoyed playing here, friendly staff all round good experience A+.
Great course
Terrific golf course
Not too long but well designed with many dog legs
Quite small greens so finding fairways is paramount
Some excellent par 3’s
Great use of the landscape
Great experience
18 Holes 23/05
Very nice course, bit of a challenge if you miss the fairway which is always good! Shot a score of +6 which I was happy with being a handicap +8... Lovely fairways and I liked the smart positioned greens to tee positiones! Would highly recommend and will play again for sure!
Punishes inaccuracy
I thoroughly enjoyed playing this course and will most definitely return again. Even though the weather was pretty bad the course looked fantastic. A great mixture of short and long holes, however the one thing you must be here is straight. The fairways are pretty narrow and missing them can leave you facing some difficult shots.
Nice morning
Arrived 20 minutes early for an 8:10 tee off slot.
Unfortunately didn’t get to look around as no one turned up until 8:05.
Fog spoiled the views but was still a beautiful course.
A few holes quite short, but enjoyable nevertheless.
A member approached me after 3 holes and offered to join me. His name was Tim.
Very friendly, chatty and nice company on a course I hadn’t played for 20 years.
Will definitely return.
Fast greens
Absolutely brilliant course well looked after greens are fast and hard to read best hole on the course is the Quarry dog leg right brilliant hole. Will definitely go back again a gem in north wales.
Little Gem
Course is t long at all and requires loads of different shots off the tee. I’ve never played a course that has so many dog legs.
Really fantastic looking golf course
Fist Time Visit
Brilliant course well laid out and well cared for. Greens fast fairways first time this year we had run on the ball compared to other courses. Staff in pro shop very pleasant and polite. Staff in club house again very pleasant and polite. Will be booking for a round again very soon could not fault in any way at all.
Best place I’ve played golf for a long time.
What a little gem this course is! After all the rain we have had this course is in remarkable condition. Fairways perfect greens fast and true! Well worth the £20 we payed to play. In my opinion the best course I’ve played in a long time! Well worth a visit! Can’t speak highly enough of the place.
Enjoyable
The course was quiet, very few people playing. It was a bit damp but in decent nick. Reasonably forgiving with one or two short but tricky dog legs around trees.
Shame there was no one in the clubhouse for a bacon butty before we started.
Top notch
Great course in superb condition, would definitely play here again. Well worth the 3hour round trip.
Holiday Round
After finding a great deal on the app, I was warmly welcomed at the club and was very impressed with the course itself. I was kindly let through a 4 ball who were very helpful and the pace of play was excellent, just like the geeens. Weather was extremely windy but that made for an excellent test. Would definately return .
Denbigh
Good course, great experience, would recommend to my friends, great value, great place all round.
Sunday Fourball
Denbigh GC is always a challenging round but very enjoyable. Greens are immaculate and massively improved in recent years. Pro shop has been upgraded and Swing room now available. Practice facilities good and clubhouse never fails.
