Greens are top
Course is a fantastic test for all handicappers, position off the tee on some holes is key rather then grip it and rip it
Great day
Brilliant course great condition and superb views highly recommend
Good course overall
This course is in excellent condition with friendly staff, etc. Major drawbacks are the absence of indicators to next tee plus a lot of time wasted chewing over the hopelessly inadequate map trying to figure out the lie of the hole. This delayed us on those holes that were not -quite a few in fact.
Castleknock golf course
Excellent course, will test all range of handicaps, well bunkered with big sleek greens!
Looking forward to going back!
An Ace
Play here on a regular basis as a visitor. Greens are fantastic all year round. Course stands up to brilliantly to heavy rain and tough winter going (no temp tee or greens). Superb in summer months. Always in immaculate condition - for a course that must see the heaviest traffic in Dublin. Friendly and helpful staff. Opening hole should grab your attention with water all down the left. 6 is a great par 5 dog leg over water. 9&18 share a tough green.. stitch it and earn a round of applause from the gallery up in the 19th.
Good Morning Sunshine
Played Castleknock today early morning and could not be happier with my game, somehow this course can bring best out of me. Hope this court will be always affordable, bcs it one of my favourite courses in Dublin.
Beautiful course on a beautiful day
Course was in excellent condition. Had very desirable weather but wind was still a factor. Many holes were challenging but fair. Staff is very welcoming & helpful with any request. Thoroughly enjoyed this round & extremely good value for money spent. Highly recommend.
Great Course
Considering the amount of rain of the day before (very heavy stuff) the course was in great condition, with very little lying water. Greens definitively above average and good fairways.
Par 3 at the 9th and the 11th with water on 3 sides are quite spectacular.
great deal for 20 euro !
Nice course
Really like this course. Nice greens and fairways. Pro shop is a bit small but club house is nice. Like the practice Green but no driving range
Great value
Tremendous course for a great price of €13 as a hot deal, some great holes and some long tough holes
Great round
Super track in great condition. Greens were imaculate
Great value for €25
Castleknock

This is a great course. Please all play this course at least once in your life or you will have missed out on one best courses in Dublin.
Great condition in bad weather
Played at 7am on a very wet Thursday. Considering the amount of rain the course was in great condition, with very little lying water. Not my first time plying here but would definitely recommend it to a friend.
Super test of golf in beautiful setting
Really good course, great variety of holes and very well set up, staff very helpful and friendly, really enjoyable day.
Nice Day
well organised, a lot of golfers on the course however, play moved along a good pace, staff were very helpful, highly recommended and will play this course again
course in a lovely setting
pace of play very slow,we were ut out behind a society outing all 4 balls not very satisfactory.should have been informed of this prior and we could of had a cup of tea in clubbhouse first and let them move on.
The greens for the time of year
Due to weather conditions that morning our round was delayed for over an hour.
However amazingly the greens where firm but responsive, the fairways were well kept and the bunkers full of sand which always nice to find.
Nice course with feature water holes
I like the course, featured par 3 holes with water on 3 sides are challenging, would recommend it for outings etc.
holes 9 and 18 both great par 3 holes
Castleknock is a good challenge for all golfers and has a good variation of holes that require good shotmaking. Good shots will be rewarded and bad shots not punished too severely which is good for the average golfer. Greens were super smooth and rolling really good. Well worth playing
