great public links
Great links can be a bit slow at times due to no ranger but a must play if you get the hot deal
its a must try / you won't go away disappointed
fabulous course had not played it for about 6 years, 4 new holes were great, played in a 3 ball on the friday that good we booked it again for the monday, its a course that you have to plot and use your head and use all your clubs in the bag, greens were super fast but true, its certainly a course to sharpen your game up in every way
overall great to be able to play golf without getting covered in muck
love this course. besides 2 holes, this course is dry on rainy days. great to be able to get out and play golf over the winter and at such good value.
The front nine holes are fabulous.
Played this course with my son and a visiter from France who we invited to join us while waiting to tee off. He descibed the stretch from the 2nd to the 8th hole as sumptuous and better than Kingsbarnes in Scotland. As it was originally designed as a 9 hole course, the back nine is not as spectacular, as a few holes criss-cross due to lack of land. However, the front-nine is worth the green fee on it's own. Would recommend it for the spectacular views of the sea and Dublin coastline.
Course is short but very tricky. Accuracy essential.
Always a pleasure to play. A great example of how best to use a relatively small area of land. New holes are excellent.
Hit it straight or take lots of balls ! FUN
Course is next to Irish sea so there most likely will be a "breeze".
Front has narrow-hidden, no I mean really narrow fairways surrounded by thick, thick gorse. Take your range finder and be ready to ask locals where the green is. Took grandson, 15, we both had a fantastic time with holes next to the beach.
a nice test
brilliant course, played here a few times and joining soon for sure. nice par 3's no easy hole from 1 to 11. 12 is a nice par 5. the only 2 holes that are pretty ordinary are 15 & 16 but other than that i look forward to it every time. Watch out for 11 and 14 as the greens are blind!!!!!
greens in great condition
lovely course mixed with some challenging and some easier holes(if you can hit it straight!)
greens in great condition , and some great views
very good value for money.
This Links course was very scenic and beautiful in the sunshine yesterday
The course is in good shape for this time of year. We were particularly impressed with the condition of the greens. The one criticism is about the few "blind" shots making it difficult to find the balls and thereby slowing up the pace of play.
