Bryn Meadows Golf Club

This was my first time I've played Bryn Meadows, the course was in outstanding condition, the staff were very friendly and the pace of play was spot on.

A brilliant course in fantastic condition couldn’t recommend it enough!

Decent course. Greens good condition. Fairways good. Tee boxes possibly could have been cut a bit shorter and the rough trimmed down a bit but overall a good course and will play Bryn Meadows again in The future.

This parkland course isn't the longest but it is tricky. There is one hole where you hit up to an elevated greeen. No. 10 I think - a real challenge!. The greens were in good condition. The location could be better signposted. All in all, a good experience.

I found it hard to find this course as it is not sign-posted from the motorway or at course entrance. I reviewed Staff friendliness and Course amenities categories as good but very little interaction with them.
Some very difficult holes eg: hole no. 10 but great views up there!, when you get there! and no. 12. As a high handicapper, it is difficult but I parred a couple of par 3's and it is not long but you need a good short game.

Great course with a fine layout. Pace of play was agonising!!! Spoiled the day.

This was our 4th visit to the course and although we enjoy the set up , the course condition is slightly lacking especially the greens. Also the pace of play is a real issue ,Under educated golfers , starting out on their golfing adventure not allowing wicker and more accomplished players through

i have played this course several times and there are some difficult holes for a high handicapper such as myself.
the fairways were good and greens quite fast as the weather has been ok for a few weeks.
there are several sloping fairways so aim for the topside and hope the ball rolls on for extra distance.
the course is quite hilly so if you have arthritis like me you will know you have walked the approx 4 miles.
initially there were no queues but it started stacking up after the 4th hole so myself and another single player teed off together on a few holes.

The green were lovely the course was clean and tidy the lady behind the bar was very friendly and helpful the course was 1 of the best iv played in a long time the only thing that let the course down was the pace of play there were points we waited 10mins on the tee because the pepole in front of us were shocking marking cards on the green hitting 3 balls off the tee and they were a 4ball we had a member behind us and he even said its never like this we caught up wiv him on 17th and him and is partner had missed 3 holes to get in front off the slow pace

We had a really great game of golf, the course was well kept and greens were in in good condition due to all the rain we have had . Golfers playing the course were really helpful and friendly. We had a well deserved beer after the game in the winners bar and all staff made us feel really welcome. Thank you Bryn Meadows for a lovely game of golf hope to see you soon

Poor customer service, not available for 9 holes which I find old fashioned and annoying for busy working people.

Course was ok.

Booked a tee time through golf now, drove all the way down there and the course was closed. No communication to say the course was closed from either golf now or the course. Pro shop was closed so couldn’t even speak to anyone. Was lucky we were able to go to our usual club in the end but we won’t be coming back in a hurry.

Late morning booking and course was busy as expected. Flowed quite well and a decent mix of risk and reward holes for the bigger hitters.
