Best Value in Ft Myers
I absolutely love playing this course, it’s a shame only open to public during summer only however I can see why it’s just a great smooth but challenging course. Second time playing here and it doesn’t disappoint. I would recommend anyone this course. Only thing I could add is the water dispenser in the course could be cleaned out better but if you bring your own then it’s all good!
Thursday golf
Golfed with a good friend and enjoyed ourselves together on this well maintained and beautiful golf course Course is a hidden gem it’s not long but demands accuracy of iron and driver play in order to be able to shoot a low score Greens are impeccable and clubhouse amenities are excellent and so are the people who work there
Fun and Challenging Coarse
My wife and I played here for the first time. She is a beginner and I have played for 40 years. The coarse was in fantastic shape and challenged both of us in different ways. Water is in play for many holes and the ladies tees required solid shots to carry. She found that intimidating as the courses she had played before did not. Green's, tee boxes and fairways were in great shape. Very enjoyable day.
Day of golf
Went to play golf at one of my favorite places and met a great guy to play golf with Had a enjoyable round and a couple of beers after
The Hideaway: Thumbs Up
The Hideaway is a hidden gem tucked tightly within a small community setting. It is a private course not often available to the public so I jumped at the chance to try it. The layout is inventive and interesting. The course itself is quite attractive and was in excellent condition the day I played. Overall, it ranks among the most apealing executive courses I have played in SWFL.
Nice course
I definitely enjoyed playing this course. Although I have two negative comments. First, the course is extremely tight. I hit the ball fairly straight but found several of the tee shots and even approach shots very penalizing if you were even just slightly off target. Everything is humped and anything offline rolls into the water. Be prepared for water or OB on every hole. It was disappointing to miss a fairway or green by 10 feet and watch it roll into the water 50 feet away. And often times, the water was not visible from the tee box. Second issue, the greens are very sloped, and putts break a great deal. I had several putts that broke at least 10 feet. That's probably why the greens were cut so slow. Everyone in the group was coming up short on their putts all day long. On the positive side, the course was in excellent condition. Plenty of nice grass on the fairways and the greens held well.
Great golf course in great shape.
Very nice course in great shape. Don't let the par 67 bother you, it plays very competitively.
Quality of greens are really good and fairways are full and well maintained.. My wife and I are better than average golfers and we will definitely go back.
