Killeen Golf Club

I really enjoyed this course. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The first nine holes are the perfect way to start a game of golf. It's not until hole no.8 that you start to reach the tricky holes of the course , which gives you enough time to warm up.

Greens were very good. Some fantastic holes particularly the 7th and par 3 over lake. 16,17&18 great finishing holes with water everywhere. Some great long holes particularly pat 3s. Course holding up well in the winter. A little wet under foot in some parts but there has been a lot of rain so to be expected. We will be sure to come back. Didn't get to try the bar or food as we were short on time.

I played killeen golf course before and like a good bottle of wine the old it gets the better it gets. A must play course for all levels of golfer.

Really like this course, good test of golf and some interesting holes once you get through the first 5 which are a little up and down. It’s scoreable for high handicappers too my dad is off 26 and loves it there.

We played (4ball) Killeen golf club, and were very unhappy to see the greens where all still recovering from pole fork work, and also there were still a number of winter tee boxes in play.
I am unsure where the blame lies regarding notification being absent when booking golf(club or golfnow ???) ? I have seen notifications for same before, why not on this occasion ? It spoiled our enjoyment of a good course.

Course in great condition. Fabulous layout. Bar mundane first 5. Back 9 is spectacular. As good a finish as there is.

A 3 ball, We had a grand round of golf in ideal conditions with no hold ups.
Course is suffering a little because of the extremely hot .weather.

Wonderful golf course. Was in excellent condition when I played it and greens are among the best I have played. The 8th is a fabulously tough par 3 with very little room for error. The closing 4 holes are both fantastic and tricky and you have to be extremely consistently accurate to stay dry. Gorgeous course and would Golf again.

Great parklands course, flat but challenging. Lots of water in play off the tees and around greens. Excellent greens, lots of undulations. Course in perfect condition. Highly recommend

Killeen is an excellent challenge of golf with a good variety of holes. I'll definitely go back again.
