Beautiful property
This course was worth every penny and lived up to my expectations of a TPC course. I look forward to returning when the clubhouse is completed to have a meal and drinks overlooking the course.
Great course, bad amenities
Golf course was very challenging. Lovely design. Rainy day and no towels on the carts ("we don't have a washer/dryer on premise"), no towels on ball cleaners, clubhouse was makeshift, new clubhouse under construction looks like a concrete bunker in a war zone. I just don't get these high cost courses that are not set up with the basic amenities. Never encountered that in the many other places we have traveled.
Playing a TPC Course
In my opinion this course does not qualify as a TPC - I played a round at TPC Scottsdale and that TPC Course had carts with TPC on them, Fore Caddies, Full Clubhouse with Restaurant and Change rooms on site. This TPC had none of that. Both my wife and I were extremely disappointed with what we paid for. I would not recommend this TPC Course.
Don't waste your money
The pace of play was very slow. It was common to have 3 groups on a par 4 with another one on the previous green putting Par 3's were worse. At least 4 groups on those holes.
The staff was rude!! On the turn I stopped in the club house(trailer) to let them know about the pace. The young person behind the desk said well we booked 175 groups on the course today what do you expect. I wanted to walk off the course at that time but paying 179 round I figure I would try to stick it out.
The round took 5 hours and 30 minutes. We t'd off at 1240 and came in at dark.
We even called on the back side when we were on a par 5 with 5 groups. The same person said sorry there really was not anything they could do.
Not too mention the cart girl was non existent. We saw here once on the 14 hole.
Very disappointed!!!!!!
Phase pf play
The TPC Treviso course is a gem and a should be a must play for every golf nerd. The overall rating of my experience was impacted by the unacceptable slow phase of play and a delayed tee off despite a 11:00 start. Despite bringing this to the starters attention we got noticed no action or sympathy. Our round of golf took more than 5 hours.
The clubhouse is still not finalized and there is no way to get a breakfast etc before enjoying this lovely golf course and its beautiful surrounding nature.
Pi Bomb
Excellent experience. Back nine is significantly tougher than the front. Easily 5 strokes tougher, but fun nonetheless.
great course, well maintained. a lot of water coming into play
always a pleasure to play that course. course is in a great condition.
Beautiful Course
This is a beautiful and challenging golf course. The course is always in great shape but the past two times that I have played it have been five hour rounds. With the amount of money that they charge, one would hope that they get a ranger or two to keep the groups moving.
Very challenging, outstanding course conditions
Beautiful course in outstanding shape. Slope is 150 from equivalent of blue tees at most courses....155 from the tips with some long carries on some holes. I played blue tees but would not do again unless I was playin at top of my game. Worth the experience at least once. No club house and pro shop is a double wide so no facilities to rate except the practice ranges which are excellent. High handicappers like me should bring plenty of balls. Will play again at first opportunity. A serious test for most golfers as a TPC course should be.
Shocking!
One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a course. First, the web site says that the club house is 'under construction'. Yes, they did start to build a club house, apparently several years ago, but the project seems to have been abandoned. To pay well over one hundred dollars for a round of golf and there is no locker room facilities or food and beverage was a surprise. Pace of play was HORRID! Foursomes were stacked up three or four deep on every hole. Management had no control over the culprits. Absolutely the worst pace of play I have ever seen. Will never go back.
Nice expensive course !
The Course was all you would expect from a TPC and great to play and experience . Multiple tees make it easy to chose the right length of course for your game and allow you to enjoy the course rather than fight it to achieve a good score. Let down is the lack of a Clubhouse and I hope the course gets what it deserves soon. Would love to play it again. Definitely worth a visit . A little bit to expensive !
PLAY THIS COURSE!
I read a few other negative reviews before selecting this course to play. I decided to listen to the favorable reviews and book it... so glad I did! This course was the best course out of a 3 day weekend (Tiburon Gold, Old Corkscrew & Treviso).
The Tee Boxes, Fairways & Greens are the best grass I have played in a while!
Beautiful scenery and plenty of obstacles on the course, from water, bunkers, and trees.
Not a super difficult course, but plenty challenging nonetheless. If you are in the area playing golf and not sure which course to play out f the 1000's of courses I would have to recommend this course.
The only reason I did not give the "condition of overall facility " box above an excellent is because the clubhouse is not completed, the clubhouse is under construction, but they have everything you need for a great round of golf.
better have your A game or bring extra balls
Not an easy course. Need your A game. Could use GPS on carts. Will play again.
Great Track
Great course, great conditions, worth the money. Make sure you hit it straight otherwise your dead, bring golf balls.
Excellent parcours !
Excellente conditions, golf qui présente beaucoup de défis !
Le personnel aurait avantage à être plus souriant et sympathique.
Club House en construction mais ça n'élève rien à cette expérience de golf qui est à répéter !
Must hit straight off the tee.
The management has a lot of balls charging what
they charge. Pro shop is a double wide trailer.
Clubhouse is a concrete shell. Tough to get a
beverage after the round when the clubhouse has no
roof. They should rethink their green fees. I would
not play there again.
Greens are nice and fast
I would play it again and tell other people to play it.
Treviso
Challenging but very playable. Plenty of variety in hole design
Nice course, a little pricey
I generally don't splurge for a TPC course, but it was a special occasion. It was mostly worth the money. Lots of bunkers. Staff very friendly. Clubhouse is under construction, and it looks like it'll be a while before it's complete.
Tpc
the course in practice facilities her in pristine condition. The club house has yet to be finished the pro shop right now is in a mobile home. Other than that that's what you would expect from a TPC facility
