Great layout! Yet, she needs water and TLC to get in better shape. Surprised at lack of upkeep as this is a very interesting track. Hope to see her come back to life soon.

We had a great experience. The course was in fantastic condition. My only criticism is that the tee boxes are not as well as maintained as the rest of the course. Pace of play was excellent.

Friendly staff good condition decent layout
First time playing on wet Saturday afternoon. The course played very soft, decent fairway with soft cushy feel, interesting greens with good condition, slow but rolling true. A couple of holes have very unusual elevation changes, not crazy about the blind shots for first timers. Bunkers are playable. Beautiful club house and very friendly staff. Overall decent course, not too crazy about its layout.

Great except….
No complaints about the course or staff at all- always one of my favorites. Our issue was, as a twosome behind a 3-some, with one of the 3 CLEARLY just learning, they never once offered us to play through, each hitting multiple balls. There was zero ranger presence and we waited on every tee box, several times with the group behind us. Ended up more than 5 hours, completely unacceptable from that facility
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Disappointed
The course layout, views, and the staff were excellent.
The pace of play was very slow due to cart path only and not an issue as they made it clear when booking.
The course conditions were horrible. Tee boxes were loaded with weeds or dirt. The fairways needed grass and to fix all the bare spots. Some greens were in good condition but many are worn out.
This was my first time playing here. Would love to play it again but won’t be back until they put some money into the course conditions.

Best course in the Canton area
I come to Ohio every year to visit relatives and this couseis always a must play. We were lucky enough to pair up with two of the owners this year and they were very friendly, and good golfers. They told us about all the work they have been doing on the course and it shows. This is a must play course for any golfers that come to the area.

Phenomenal Course
Very beautiful course, scenic wise it is unbeatable. Very fancy and difficult course. The course does struggle to drain because of its hilly design but they keep up with the course the best they can.

Tee Boxes and Pin placements
Challenging layout, and worth every penny to play it.
Some greens had damage , but playable.
However , the club could do a better job with the tee boxes. The course is extremely challenging as it is, and some tee boxes aren’t level, hence tee shots sitting below or above.
The tee box on #15 is blinded, not by design but by overgrown shrub in front of it, especially the blue tees.
Overall … would play it again.

Overated
Grass too high in rough from too little mowing. Clumps of grass everywhere. Hate the fact that most of the course is cart path only.

Best views around
If you're interested in a challenging course with a variety of scenic views, plenty of tee boxes to match your level of play, and an overall enjoyable golf experience, look no further then The Quarry. We played on a very wet Labor Day weekend and the rains came at hole 7. We went to the Granite Grill, ate lunch and resumed play at hole 8 right after. The course holds drains well considering and the improvements to 15 fairway look great!
