Costa Del Sol Golf Club
About
Just a short distance southwest of the Miami International Airport, the golf course at Costa dels Sol Golf Club is a challenging public course that also boasts scenic views. Although the terrain is mostly flat, this course's difficult comes from the narrow fairways that are lined with trees. The greens are medium sized with some being slightly elevated. Water hazards come into play on the majority of the holes and there are also some sand bunkers as well. The signature hole of the course is the par 3 14th hole, which requires a tee shot past water. Costa del Sol Golf Club also has five long, narrow par 5s as well as some scenic par 3s.

No a good condition course
Only a few fairly good condition greens, most of the greens were in a rough shape and one is a temporary green, the tee boxes in bad shape as well. No course ranger supervision, we had a group cutting in front of without asking permission.
Parts of course are under construction, but that's a good thing. Greens were better than average & improving in right direction. Lots of rain lately so wet in a some areas, but not that bad.
Went while course was under renovations. Don’t know why they charged so much when over 5 holes were terrible
Good
Playing at Costa del Sol for over 12 years, played there with the Military Southcom tournamen, the course is in need of some repairs, but I will continue play at Costa del Sol.
Thank you

Nice, inexpensive golf course. Great driving range
A lot of course work, so plenty of provisional tee boxes and 1 provisional green.
Good practice
Not Well Managed
The greens always seem be in rough shape. While I have only done a 9 hole once, I took lessons here for a while and would go on course often. The greens often have weeds or missing patches of grass where it’s all sand. The fairways are palmetto grass (“backyard grass”) and often find yourself hitting a thin lie even on the fairway. It’s important to know that the fairways are also VERY narrow with many water hazards throughout. The rough area is pretty unforgiving as it tends to be overgrown and often muddy giving a perfect combination to lose many balls even with decent hits that went just off the fairway. On a positive note, the golf carts do have GPS and are in excellent condition. They are quite luxurious and second in quality to only Trump Doral lol. I wouldn’t find this course fun to play even for the relatively inexpensive price. For the same cost, I found CC of Miami to be better. I think this course has more potential to be a great 1-2 par 3 course. That way the fairway is irrelevant and it would be the only par 3 we have in SoFlo.
Horrible Conditition
The course is in shambles
Half the tee boxes are provisional tees
Fairway is concrete and weeds
Easier to hit from grown out lawn grass rough than the fairway
Absolutely horrific condition
Not worth the miney
Awful conditions
Greens are thicker than the rough. Course layout is tough, extremely narrow throughout. Would be fun to play if the tee boxes were maintained, the actually cut greens, and they turned off sprinkles on the tee boxes
Interesting and Challenging Golf Course
I played this golf course for the first time and really enjoyed it. I was paired up with a threesome that were pleasant to play with. Although some areas in the fairways are some damaged spots and the greens had been covered lightly with treatment sand, the conditions of the rest of golf course were generally in good condition. The layout of several holes was quite interesting and challenging with many ponds and bunkers, so I enjoyed navigating around. Staff were very courteous. I 'll definitely go back to play few more rounds there.
Wow. Worse every time
They’re charging full rate while atleast half of the greens or tees are unplayable. The other half that is playable is in bad shape. This course should be no more than $30 in peak days/hours and no more than $20 in twilight.
