Terrible
When arriving the club house attending was wearing some sort of pajama shorts t shirt no bra and just paying attention to phone . The course has no restrooms out on course so you have to use Clubhouse at turn ...well they decided to close that before we got to turn ...there is no restaurant or any real snack selection .
Beer was limited to bud light and couple odd ipas no thanks.
Better get early tee time if your human and have to pee
Time
If you are 10 minutes late, they threaten to not let you play that round. I was 20 minutes early and they complained that I was too early.. The course does not get a lot of play and yet they give you a problem because they say you might use a cart without someone with you. They act as if they do not like hot deal customers.
The Course is Challenging
From blind tee shots to up and down terrain, this course will test everything in your bag. And while in the middle of a subdivision, it still maintains some beautiful views and just serenity with nature because the course seems to be separated from most houses by the trees. Course plays like a mountain course. While some tee boxes do need improvement, the greens and fairways were true and green. Course is in good shape!
Afternoon Golf - HOT
I have played CC many times. So I knew coming in what to expect. First thing to brag on was the check in lady. She was friendly and fast checking in our gang / individual payments. Tee boxes need attention ( water and turf ). Greens look good this time. Might have been a little slow, or just me. Fairway just ok, had to move the ball a lot to hit off grass. Always challenging course layout. Finished in 3:50 hours. No one in front or behind us. Other than 92 DEG, we had fun. I will play again.
Bad Carts
The course is in good shape. The carts are another story. The first cart we had barely made it thru the front 9. One of us had to jump out and walk so the cart could make it up the hills. Other than that this is one of my favorite course Greens was rolling nice
I would recommend all my golfer buddies to play this course!!
I was suprised that the greens were in such good shape. The fair pin placements were fair too! Loved the course layout. However some of the tee boxes need a litte work. Overall it was worth the money.
A good golf venue
Course was good for the most part, a few fairways could use some mowing.
Poor upkeep
The tee boxes are void of any kind of grass on most holes . The fairways are not maintained and seem not watered or fertilized .
The greens are in pretty poor condition as well.
The Clubhouse offers no food and limited berates only in cans .
Pool out back is green and seems to be a mosquito haven.
The range is not well maintained either . Electric carts run out of juice .
great change of pace
GA has a great selection of courses; including the Newnan area. - it was a lot of fun to play the rolling hills of Arbor Springs. Greens were best I’ve seen in the area
in need of work
did not enjoy the golf, people I played with were great the course was not. in need of a lot of work. like one of the people said under stand the low price and that was to much. should not call it a resort as one of the tee signs did.
Poor management
Whoever is in charge of booking times there is horrible. 3 groups all booked for 8am. No starter to figure it out and assist. Got jumped in line by a group of members who thought they deserved to.
Better than it was months ago.
The greens were in great shape. The fairways were better than average. The tee boxes were not so good. Got a $17 hot deal to check out conditions. I would play again if I can catch a hot deal for $20 or less.A single ahead of us was stranded on the 3rd hole because his cart died.
