GN took my money and I got nothing because the course was closed and wouldn't let me cancel.
Great price for a great course
Course has a practice locations for putting and chipping and sand bunkers. This was great to get warmed up. A lot of greens have odd big muddy spots on them. Not very well taken care of. Fairways are in great condition and tee boxes are good. Overall great course for a great price. Will definitely be playing here again.

Both finishing holes are challenging.

Course in nice shape. Greens slow but very plush. 2 greens that were bad are coming along very well. Fairways very nice. Course for sure worth playing. Layout is fun.

Sloooowww pace of play is at a crawl
I live at Spruce creek so this is my home course except I can't stand to play here because what should be a 3 hour round of golf is a 5 hour round of golf and they've increased their prices so it's $70 for a couple now and just not worth it. M-W-F they have extra large groups that shot gun, (men only) and they take up the whole course for the whole day even though they start at 9am! With daylight savings you can't get 18 holes completed if you tee off at 1pm because of the pace of play...And even on Tuesday and Thursdays the pace is slow...just don't even try the weekends...I'm a scratch golfer and we just moved here in May thinking that we could golf here 3 or 4 times a week. If you can't break 100 and don't mind spending 5-6 hours on the course then this is the course for you. If you're a better golfer and want to play REAL golf at a NORMAL pace, go elsewhere...Also no course amenities but there us a really lame bar that does offer gas station hot dogs

Great Value and layout
We liked the course very much. The layout was good with plenty of variety. Course conditions tee to green was mostly very good. The Fairways were overseeded and the rough was decent. The greens were also overseeded and there was the biggest downside. On the day we played (a Sunday) they were in desperate need of a cutting. Hopefully this was due to allowing the overseeing time to take and not their typical level of maintenance. Because had the greens been mown that day or the day before (it certainly had been longer than that) the experience would been much more enjoyable. All that said.... For the price I would still highly recommend this course. Hopefully you catch it with fresh cut greens

Great time
Everything was great from the minute we dropped off our clubs. We did start a few minutes after our scheduled tee time. We used that time to hit the putting green. Most putting greens don’t really seem to match the greens on the course but this one did. The greens were slow! Once we teed off the pace of play was excellent. Very little waiting. Nice course with a few tricky holes. The huge trees and Spanish moss do come into play! Good course for the price. Will play there again.
