Unexpectedly good
The condition was better than last year. Fairways were good ( very dry ) but some spots ( no grass) need to improve too. I didn’t expected before I played here because so many rain on May and June this year. Green were so good too. I like to play here again next week.
Starter was amazing!
When he saw us talking to friends, he paired them with us as our other twosome hadn’t shown up. Great guy Gerry.
slow pace 4 hours and 40 minutes, course conditions are good all around, people just play too slow
Very slow no marshals
Very slow pace of play. Group in fron held us up for 5-10 minutes each hole. They were playing 2-3 balls and also taking a long time to move on. No marshalls on course to tell them anything. Will not go back. Lost flow, lost pace, long time to play. Why would they have a marshal? This is bad for all customers.
Work in progress
Puddles and mucky areas on several holes even though it was couple of day since it rain. Poor drainage but I can see they are working on putting in additional drainage. They have not trim the grass just off the fairway so it is longer than usual l, harder to get out of the rough. Improvements are on its way.

The weather was perfect. The course marshal was helpful. we teed off on time!
A bit difficult for our ability but it didn't matter. We kept up and as it is flat it was a nice walk. Greens were in good shape!
Disappointed that the Snack Bar and restaurant closed early. Not much selection on coolers and yet an amazingly beautiful sunny day!

Great Value - Challenging Course
GreenAcres is challenging with its narrow fairways, small greens, and three par-4 holes at or above 400 yards. Each hole offers a unique or different challenge: dog-legs (left and right), straight-and-narrows, full-fairway-width water hazards, etc. Also, compared to other golf courses in the Vancouver area of similar length, GreenAcres certainly is a great value, especially with special deals for pre-paid fees through online booking apps.
Overall, one of my favourite courses in BC’s Lower Mainland, and a great value!
