Don’t charge full price for sub standard condition
This could be a great course buts insulting they charge $120/round when they don’t maintain the course to that price point. Tee blocks are beat up terribly, fairways are super dry, and bunkers are not maintained and basically unplayable with how hard the “sand” is.
Pass on this one until they improve the grounds.
Marshals
After the 4th hole, the marshal stopped both of the carts in our group to tell us we were 10 minutes off pace. We could see the group in front of us but never had to wait. Same for the group behind us, they never had to wait. On the 15th tee another marshal meets us on the tee to say he is going to speak to the group in front of us as we had to wait no more than a minute or 2. We told him not to worry about it - it’s Father’s Day weekend. So c’mon , what’s the problem and why are you harassing your patrons.
Lotssss of water, tough course lots of fun
Easy to access location. Nice to see the low planes landing. Water hazard on almost every hole, sometimes multiple hazards on 1 hole. Tough, lose lots of balls but tones of fun!
Hidden Gem inside busy business area
This is a hidden gem inside one of the busiest industrial area near the airport. Worth return.
Poor conditions
Most of the holes white tees moved because of that the length of the course shortened considerably. Tee boxes are really bad. Sand bunkers are unplayable. $93 is way too much for the condition it is in
Long Round on a Long Weekend
Overall solid course in terms of condition (aside from the bunkers being pretty atrocious) and layout, but a bit overpriced. The biggest drawback was pace of play, with the 6 hour round being among the longest I have had the displeasure of playing. Lots of challenging holes with plenty of water and elevation change, and the greens and fairways were actually pretty lush.
Great Tough Course
Great city course. We played in the afternoon and the course is not forgiving. Most holes are narrow which makes it super fun being that it is located in a gully.
Grass just off the faiways is think and it actually to thick to even get the ball 100 yards out of it. Hopefully they cut it soon as it really made it rought for my wife to play.
We will play again and again as it is enjoyable and close to Downtown
