Great Course
I enjoyed myself and could play there every day
The course is in really good shape for a public course.
Our group was first out after a frost delay, so I'm not sure about the normal pace of play, but the group behind us fell two holes back, so a nudge from the marshal would have been appropriate. The fairways and greens were in very good condition. The course is a links style course with a lot of room for wayward shots. Bunkers were deep so avoid them. There's are many holes with water, but a decent shot can avoid it. It's a little pricey for a Muni, but that's the way it is in Austin. I'll definitely play this course again.

Course is in great shape but the greens need a little more grass on them. They were a little slow but they rolled true.
Not ready to share cart!
Course is in fantastic condition, was informed it's half cart and would share or pay 15 for my own, I paid, only to find out the fourth member was walking and booked that way, the staff should have known this when I arrived...
There's still Covid!!!
Course in fantastic shape but I had to pay 15 extra for my own cart, not ready to ride with a stranger, the fourth member of the group booked his time as a walker, why didn't pro shop know this?? I love this course but will not pay double for a cart, especially when cart area is FULL!!
Good shape
Enjoyed. Good value. Pace was a little slow because of the group in front of us.
Green is like a fairway
Green was seeded. Green was not playable. You should not charge a green fee. You should charge only a cart fee because green is not playable.
I love Roy Kizer but today the greens needed to be mowed. The greens were in decent shape but grass way too long. Just needed to be mowed and it would have been great. Would recommend if they get the green situation fixed.
Disappointing
Greens were covered seemingly in sand (or being overseeded), but either way it made putting accurately an impossible adventure. Ant hills all over the course. Muddy around the greens from over-watering.
Just a disappointing day for what is typically an OK place to play. Won't be rushing back.
Terrible
The course was terrible shape, they just over seeded and there was no warning from the club house or the website. The staff are all dicks.
Don’t charge $48 for $28 greens
Love kizer and always will but the greens are being seeded as you can see from the other reviews....still fun but darn don’t charge full price when yalls putting greens are taller than my lawn at home. Def not rushing back anytime soon.
