Great Day to Golf
Course is fun to play. Keeping the ball straight is key. Tall grass that lines most holes is a lost cause for finding your ball. Walking is challenging and amounts to about 60 floors with the ups and downs. Number 7 par 3 is nasty and best to just try to aim for the left hand side just short of the green. Greens are in good shape and run true. Would definitely play this course again.
Great views & nice course
Great course, it is not the longest but boy it is challenging if you consider that the wind is always in play. The views are amazing and the course is in very decent shape considering this is a city course. I think is one of the top value for money courses you can get within the Toronto area
Could have been better
Practice putting green was closed . Could have been limited to 6 people or quadrants.
Some putting greens had very pronounced aeration holes
Other than that conditions was good. Oveall.
Amazing
Course was in excellent condition. Very reasonably priced. One of the best public courses in Ontario
Greens need work
Played on May 22. The greens are terrible. They have been aerated...so putting on it is awful.
Hopefully it improves. or golfers should be informed about the conditions.
Decent
Was a cold morning and high winds up there but it’s in good shape. Think a few people decided against playing as it wasn’t busy at all, Under 4 hours.
71 with cart isn’t bad but there are a few tee changes + a rubber Mat tee which is disappointed as price is the same. But, near downtown, in good condition and worth a round for sure. Will be back, hopefully warmer next time!
No Cart Girl and No Bar for take out
May be this is the beginning of the season, but could not get a beer or drink at around 4:30 PM. and there was no cart girl either.
Overall it was a good round today as I had not played here in the past 7 years
Magnificient view of the city. Fairways are well defined. Greens were fast. There were some construction leading to relocation of tee boxes for a few holes but they doidn't affect our enjoyment of the round. Good value for a city course which is scenic, challenging and close to home. Thanks to the staff who keep everything clean, carts in order, and course in good shape.
Love to be back again.
