I would play this course every time I'm in the area.
I plan on playing here every time I'm in the area, it is that good. I love the course layout and the mix of holes. My wife loves the course too.
Great stuff
Zero complaints. The course is one of my favorites and the staff is friendly and efficient. A great day at the golf course.
Ok
Tee boxes in tough shape. No beverage cart. Beverages from clubhouse were warm.
I really enjoy Greystone. It is one of my go to courses when I am in the area. Greens are usually in great shape and I enjoy the Lehman layout. It is pretty open so can be windy.
Scottish style; wide open, big sprawling holes. BUT...
Scottish style; wide open, big sprawling holes. BUT... Im at a loss when it comes to the condition of the Tee boxes. Greens are fantastic and fast, why not maintain your Tee boxes with the same sort of intentional motivation? I am of course nit picking here, as all other facets of the golf course are solid gold in my book. I will certainly be back again next time i'm in the area.
A Tom Lehman signature course.
Great layout. We loved the par 5's. Greens were alot slower then normal. Probably not mowing each day. Course is well marked. First 14 hole linkstyle then the finishing 4 holes are more traditional. Watch out for hole #3. It's sneaky. You have to layup then be carefuMinnesotal not to stray right on your approach.
Great find!’
Wow! Great course in the middle of no where ( apologies to local residents). Stopped here to golf while driving from St. Paul to Fargo and was so impressed. Tom Lehman designed, mostly links course ( several holes in the trees). Well maintained. Played by myself in 3 hrs. Price was $33 including cart. Really a fun course ( except for the 3 holes that weren’t so fun for me).
Taste of Links
Fantastic conditions, staff was above and beyond friendly and accommodating. We finished in under 3 hrs but we were the first ones out. Only foreseeable problem could be the shared greens and overlapping fairways. Never ran into that problem but it is possible so be sure to mark your balls. Otherwise a gem of a course full of history. A must play for any central MN golfer
Worth the trip
Would play more often if closer. Still make the trip to play the course.
Great course to play
We both enjoy playing this course. Would play more often if we lived closer to it. We are from the twin cities but have made the trip 3 times this summer. Each time we have had great weather and course if in great shape. Hope to get up the Greystone another time this year.
Great Course
Great course, and unbelievably good rates. This course is a hidden gem and equal to or better than any of the courses in Central Minnesota.
If I lived close by I’d play a couple of times a week
