Not bad if you get a discount

Course is better than the other two on location as far as the condition.....played in for $15 a person using the golf now ap.....would play again at a discount! At least you can putt on these greens as opposed to the two other courses on location...not a bad lil course just to practice and get some ball striking in!

Greens on the masters course needs work. Other than that the course is good for the price.

Good for beginners

This course is not overly challenging. Mostly straight holes, pretty big fairways and little sand/ water.

Lost more balls to the clovers on the side of the fairway than water.

Overall was a course I would play again.

Challenger course not worth the money.

All the grass was dead. The greens were full of weeds and when you went to put the ball was jumping up because of all the weeds.

Not worth the money

The course only cost $25ish, but even at that I can't justify the price. The fairways were very poor, with hard packed sand in abundance. It was so hardly packed, that it was like hitting off of a rock. Oftentimes you'd be forced to move your ball 20 yards laterally just to find a spot where you wouldn't feel jarred by taking a divot. The putting greens were terrible! You could say that each fairway was covered in hundreds of "soul patch style" weeds causing your ball to pop up or change directions from your intended line. Aside from that, the pace of play was very good. My buddy and mine were able to finish in about 3 hours flat.

The challenger is perfect for intermediate and beginners and takes just 2 hours for one to play without a group.

Tee box and greens are well maintained; however the fairways could use some work. Fairways could use some yardage markers for distance to the greens.

Better than average "executive" course.

Shortish course...par 66, lots of par-3 holes of varying distance and difficulty, with only two par-5 holes. Plenty of water in play but a lot of fun. Good conditions.

Very well maintained.

This course is small and is definitely for beginners. A bunch of par 3's. I was impressed with how well it was maintained. I also didn't know it was an Arnold Palmer course. The greens were very well kept. You had your spots here and there on the fairways but that's tx. And for 6 bucks I was in heaven. Friendly staff. Very well operated. No complaints.

Its Texas...

The course was fun to play. The fairways were all burned up but I guess that is to be expected in Sept in Texas. The course did not have any sand traps, which some peopel might not mind. I only paid 4.99 from golf now so I didnt care about the condition but I wouldnt pay the regular rate to play here again.
Some greens were very fuzzy.

Course needs some love, but it summer in Tx. Greens were really slow REALLY SLOW. Enjoyed the course and its very friendly staff , great starter course if you are new to the game and want to hit greens and fairways

Good value for conditions

Not the best course around, but the recent rain should help. It's a solid option to just get out and play for cheap. Challenger course is only a Par 66 so maybe try the other courses if you want a challenge.

Short Course

This course is under 6000 yards, old school fairways and close to each other. Biggest complaint started 30 minutes after tee time. Pace started a little slow but got better.

Easy to play course

The course is a par 66 and I would consider it a very easy course as all fairways are straight with no significant hazards in play. There's no tall grass, no clusters of trees or bushes, so you have to work hard to lose a ball. When playing 18 holes it can get a little boring as they all look pretty much the same. I would recommend this course to beginners or people looking to kill a few hours after work.

Too Crowded and Cart Policy needs Reviewed

Way too crowded. Online shows availability but you get to the course and there is a 5 group wait off first tee?? Noticed a tremendous amount of walk up business as well without anyone getting turned away even though online tee-times were established. Then, if you are a single player in your own cart, they will make you get out of the cart and put you in a cart with a stranger you dont know. Very uncomfortable and never seen before on any course. Buy more carts if you are short. Anywho... course was in decent conditions, greens bumpy. Fairways were very nice but the sand traps were hardened clay. Pace of play was just ridiculous
