Decent Track
The course layout was nice. Not an extremely challenging course pretty open and you still have shot on miss hits. For $100 I would expect a better course. Every fairway had major dead patches in it and several boxes you could barely get a tee in the ground. In my opinion it’s a $60 dollar course. I would not go back for this price.

First time
First time playing course. Reviews had been mostly positive. I did have to share a cart for the first time ever. The positive of this was being paired with someone who plays course weekly. This really helped being a first time player at course to have an unofficial caddy with course knowledge. Overall, course was in good shape. Greens were mostly good with exception of #9 which had some bare spots on water side. Tee boxes needed work and had a lot of bare spots on white tees. Lots and lots of bunkers! Course has a links-feel with water, trees and bunkers coming into play. A fair course overall. Although it's a distance to get to course, it's worth playing again in the future.
Thank you for the review. We're glad you enjoyed your day at Cinco. Hope to see you again soon.
Thanks for the 5 stars. We hope to see you again soon.
Alright for 50 or less
A couple of memorable holes.
Course needs renovation and better greens/conditions to charge the rates they want during prime times.
If you can get a decent twilight deal, go for it. It’s not a bad track for a chill evening round after work. Also weird though that you can’t post to GHIN from this course.
Thanks for the review. GHIN is back up for us. Hope to see you again soon.
First of Many Rounds
This was my first experience playing golf in Texas. After looking at several course, I chose the Golf Club at Cinco Ranch. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The course layout was interesting with each hole having it own challenge. There was some elevation changes on a number of the holes along with water hazards. However, the fairways were fairly wide and gave you a great chance to be playing from it. The course was in superb condition too.
The clubhouse is well executed also. The pro shop carried a nice variety of items. The staff was pleasant in all areas, from the pro shop, food & beverage staff, as well as the starter. Overall, a great experience.
Using Golf Now, we paid $65 a piece for green fees and a cart on a weekend. I think that was a good value too. Looking forward to my next round.
Slow Play with no Marshal on a Friday
Although the conditions were dry the course was very wet and muddy in places, The play was very slow and the group behind kept hitting into us. Way overpriced for the conditions. Will not play there again. Corse marshal desperately needed.
Bad cart seat
There were 3 cart left with no windshield and the seat has no cushion on the driver side. Cart needs to be update please.
Extremely Slow
I purchased it on hot deals to play 18 holes in the afternoon (4:30 PM). My tee time was pushed back 30 minutes after I arrived and then we were sent behind a Jr. Tournament. It took over 3 hours to complete 9 holes and it was too dark to play any longer after finishing the 9th hole. Priced too good to be true!
Unbearably slow pace of play due to junior tournament.
I showed up to my 4:30pm tee time and was told they were “running behind,” but nothing was said about a junior tournament in front of us with walkers. We teed off shortly after 4:30pm and we’re only able to get in 9 holes by 7:45pm. Had there been better communication as to exactly WHY they were running behind and let the players make the determination to play or not, or if the course said, if you aren’t able to get in the amount of holes you paid for, here’s a “rain check” for the back 9, I think that would have gone a long way. Better planning. Communication. Transparency. Customer service. Standard business practice.
