Mineral Mound Golf Course

Picturesque views on the front, great overall layout, will definitely be playing this frequently. Staff was super friendly and there was hardly anyone on the course. A true gem and definite treat for anyone who plays. Course was in perfect shape, greens were a tad shaggy (slow) but only cause they had recently verticut, but still rolled true and very good.
Do yourself a treat and play here!

Absolutely beautiful layout. Greens about 80% recovered another couple weekend they will be perfect. Medium speed great wildlife all around. Really enjoyed and planning to play again Friday.

One of my favorite courses period. The front side has some of the most breathtaking taking views of Lake Barkley. Wildlife is abundant. Countless deer roam the course with an occasional appearance of a fox. I watched an Osprey dive into the water and catch a fish just before I teed off on hole 4 Wednesday afternoon. Don’t let the scenery distract you too much or the course will jump up and demand your attention. You don’t have to be super long, but shot making is essential. A great golfing day.

Course was " Cart path only" which if I hadn't of played course before would have been a problem, but since I knew where to hit it was OK...

Coarse and greens are in good shape. Many deer to watch. Do not know why they send you out on hole 10 then get stacked up behind three foursome and one three soles on hole one. Not good planning.

Drove 200+ miles and spent over $200 on gas and hotel. Called the Monday before I came. I told them that I could play either Wed. or Thur. They said Thursday would be fine. I get there and the front nine is closed so that they can punch the greens. I said that would have been nice to know, and that I could have played the day before. They claimed that they did not know about the situation until that morning. Played the back nine without pins on the greens for the first 5 holes, when someone finally came out at 10am and set the pins for the day. Made the turn and the course was packed, would have had to wait 20-30 minutes to tee off again. Left after 9 holes in disgust. I have played this course once a year for the last 8 years. I wont be back. Total JOKE. Too many places play play golf out there, to be wasting my time and money.

Course was exceptional in all aspects except for the fact that many of the sand traps seem to have been without maintenance for weeks.
Highly recommended nevertheless.

Picked this course as a place to play on the way to Nashville and I'm glad I did. Course was in excellent shape, nice layout, great lake views and abundant wildlife. Deer walked right up next to our carts. They started us on #10 which wasn't a big deal. Didn't see a driving range so come ready to play.

Course is as good as the courses we played a couple of weeks ago in Hilton Head, Sc!!

The course always seems to be in good shape, and most of the time it seems we have the course to ourselves. It's hard to find a course with better views.

This course was a big surprise. lots of elevation change, water, and trees.
The only improvement would be that the fairway rough be cut shorter.

Played it again after my Sunday round, courses in such great shape had to go back and give it one more try
