Tee boxes were nice and grassy. Fairways looked like an earthquake happened. Uneven and heavily cracked. Greens looked really nice but extremely slow. Sand bunkers had actual sand which was nice. Staff was friendly and practice facilities were suffice. Food and beverage were also really good. I'd honestly say for price paid was good however I'd recommend for beginners or sl8ghtly below average players that are just looking to play more. Course layout was good as that they had skinny fairways and a couple blind tee shots. Personally me traveling outside of my usual area 40 miles to play this course wasn't worth it, however it did satisfy the curiosity.
From spending all the money a few yrs ago to getting course in great shape…. To losing it … course is in bad shape not worth the price anymore …Hopefully they get back before the fall.
Not worth the money
This course use to be in great shape don’t know what happened.. Not worth the price . Tee Boxes need cutting fairways had way to many cracks … Sad that put some money into this course a few yrs ago to get in great shape and to let it go … SAD
Just Ok
the gps in the carts awesome, the course layout is not too challenging basically flat some hazards but nothing concerning..there are other courses for the same $$ that provide a more challenging experience
Fun Challenging Track.
This is not a 5 star resort , but for what it is pretty nice place to play. Challenging greens, deep bunkers and a tight course. Even from the back you can leave your driver in the bag on the front nine. Back nine opens up a little.
Nice place to get out.
Greens problems
The greens at Pearland need a lot of work…there’s a lot of water damage…mostly on the outer fringes…extending at some greens 5-10 feet toward the center of the green. (Often we would pick up our ball and have to move it where we had a smooth ‘all green’ transition to to the hole, and then putt.)
Not a bad day
Overall the course was good but the greens were lacking grass in many cases. It is doing time and grass should be plentiful
Great course
Course was fun and challenging, definitely have to hit the ball straight. Overall I had a good experience except I had a tee time scheduled for 7:50am but they had a woman's league going on that morning with about 5 foursomes playing at the same time I was supposed to tee off so I had to skip ahead to hole #4 but overall it wasn't really a big deal the starter was very friendly and helped me out. Greens were nice although they had like sand mixed in so it slowed the balls down but it was okay. Fairways were in great shape! I would definitely recommend this course!
