Good value
£12 for 12 holes is good value. Fairways are very overgrown in winter but for the price you pay, it’s really not a bad course. Only two par 3’s so the holes are a fair distance considering it’s just a 12 hole course.
Good value
Good value for 12 holes, but too many leaves and very muddy resulted in a few lost balls! Much better in the summer months
Beware of the rough
Listen, it is what it is, its £6 hot deal for 12 holes , and if you keep it on the fairway and you don't mind the occasional bobble on a green then by all means go and use it to work on areas of your game like I do. The rough is brutal , could do with a trim in my view, and also like haste hill, the leaves are a massive problem and off putting , leave the Pro V1s indoors if I was you, use an alternative, finding your ball here in the leafy rough is 60/40.
Leaves cost us dearly.
Played the course for the second week in a row and found that many leaves have fallen both in the rough and on the fairway. This meant many balls went missing as they rolled under the leaves and just could not be found both off-line and on the fairway. I know the course represents fantastic value for money and it is also a public park, but something needs to be done about the leaves otherwise it affects the pace of play.
Nice and open with a hopeful claim to success
Fantastic course and on a clear day you can see the City of London from the clubhouse.
Had a great time playing and the gradients certainly make certain holes very challenging
My only complaint is three or four holes should really be par fives, they are too difficult to do in 4 particularly at over 450 and 500 yards, especially the dog leg on hole 7, hole 6 and 12
After a lot of rain the course was in great condition only fault lots of dead leaves and a lost ball after a good shot is frustrating
Greens poor
We have played here many times and find it very convenient it’s a lovely looking course staff are friendly food is good and it’s an enjoyable experience unfortunately the greens let the course down they are bobbly and it almost like they put more attention into the fairways and look of thevcourse then to the pliability of the greens otherwise it’s a good track
12 not 9
I discovered this course a couple of weeks ago and have played there several times since ! If you haven’t the time or inclination for 18 holes but ( like me) feel 9 isn’t enough this 12 hole course is perfect most 9 holes are easy par 3 courses this is not one of those mainly par 4’s with 1 par 5
In great condition (even more so as it is a public course)
Staff are friendly and helpful and they even have a carvery on Sunday .

Great holes on the course
Great layout and a proper test got some lovely holes
Fun course at a great price !
Maybe I am biased but I'm a long-term fan of Uxbridge GC - even going back to the days when it was an 18 holer. The course is not long but every hole has something to commend it :-
1 - Shortish par 4 but with out of bounds to the right and a raised green that is tough to hit in 2
2 - 170 yard downhill par 3 - very inviting !
3 - Another shortish par 4 - a fade off the tee and another inviting green to aim for
4 - A straightforward par 4 to a two-tiered green
5 - 160 yard par 3 - a tough green to hit (in my experience !)
6 - a very tough 450 yard uphill par 4
7 - long, sweeping downhill par 4 playing to a raised green
8 - tough uphill par 5 that is only 450 yards
9 - picturesque par 4 measuring 370 yards
10 - severe dogleg left par 4 - cut off too much and easily blocked out
11 - straightforward short par 4
12 - similar to 6th - long uphill par 4
Course was in good condition - greens excellent but fairways a bit bare what with the drought.
There's an excellent putting green and a couple of hitting bays to warm up. Pro Shop and clubhouse both friendly and look to be thriving.
Try it ! :-)
