Great round

Really enjoyed the round. Nice layout. Rough was pretty tough. Greens were a little slow but in good condition. There were a few bumps but it was afternoon and had rain on mourning. On the whole all of the 4 ball was positive about the course

Been a while since I came here, but the course is in fantastic condition albeit the greens are a little slow on average. Chipping on meant the ball would stop easier and not roll as much. The course layout is good for driving but the challenging part is the par 3's where three off them are over 200, making it difficult if you're not a big hitter. Really enjoyed the course ditches and and lots of sand traps means you have to think a bit more on the course.

Good value. Lovely friendly people.

Various visits. Course dried out well. Greens a little bumpy.bunkers need some sand. Good value when everything ship shape. Great staff and clubhouse. Well worth a visit.

Flat short course

this course is full of high handicap golfers, the reason being is the course is very open and flat. We waited on every tee and every shot thereafter. If you are a middle to low handicap golfer do not bother playing this course.

Good course for beginners

I had not played here for 25 years and have only recently started playing again after a gap of a couple of years. The course condition was much improved but the pace of play on the first half was very slow. High handicap golfers taking far too long to play and with unrealistic expectations of their distance!..... marshalling would be helpful.

Consistently fabulous!!!

Used to be a member at this course but fatherhood put paid to my membership!! This course isn't the toughest to play, is well spread out and is nice and flat. Always kept in great condition too. Some of the trees have grown and really add to the feel of the course...they used to be staked when I first played here. Would recommend for the average golfer who wants to enjoy a days golf! Clubhouse does nice food too.

Great Course!

Played the Mill Course for the first time and was very impressed with the course layout.
There are a few short par 4's but this doesn't take away from the challenge. Only gripes would be there is not enough sand in the bunker and the greens are inconsistent, but i understand they (the greens) are a work in progress.
Great price for a great course.

Great course. It not very welcoming!!

Had a great round of golf course in very good condition as it was in the Summer!
But staff did not make you feel welcome at all greeted by a sour faced woman at reception everything seemed hard work!
And we had to tee off on the tenth to start with only to be greeted by the rudest most stuck up bloke iv ever met because I teed off I little too far back from the tee markers as the tee box was very uneven so went back to a level part as I'm not playing a comp, spoke to me With no respect whatsoever. NOT ON!
