Cold weather
Walked

Five holes closed due to surface water, that's understandable due to previous weather. but to charge full summer rates in these conditions is not fair with a third of coarse not available

Good winter course

We played Saturday as a 2 ball, course was in good condition some places holding water but it had rained. For the previous 2 days, the winter tees could have been better but overall a good course

Perfect weather
Walked

A really pleasant surprise

The course was in the best condition I've ever seen it. The fairways were lush and beautifully cut and the greens a little slow but once I got the pace really true. The weather couldn't have been better making it one of the most enjoyable rounds we've had this year.

Good all-rounder.

Nice flat course with a varied selection of holes, including a couple of testing water hazards. We'll maintained with fair rough and good greens.

A 3 wood course

Way to short to be any fun. Lost well hit balls that wondered into the first cut off hard fairways as the grass was too long. Greens like treacle. Unless you’re a beginner avoid. 3 wood, wedge for the par 4s. All but one par 3 120yds.

Greens are a bit hit and miss but good fairways and relatively forgiving course. However a great course layout with enough water features and bunkers to make it a good course with very good value for money. Playing off 24 I would recommend it to beginners and half decent golfers. A good variety of holes.

Surprised Badly

The fairways were uncut and suffered little to the rough. The greens had been cut at some point but not recently. Bunkers untended, weedy and ignored. The course could be great but needs lots of TLC and £££ spent on it.

No excuse for the poor condition of the course

Enjoyable For all

A nice little course for all abilities, The greens are small so add to the challenge and they are in allright condition ,the teeboxes are also small but it adds to the charm ,The 2nd hole is a little beauty of 103 yards all over water with oob long,Overall it's a value for money course which has a great layout.
