Nice Parkland Course

I visited Kidderminster as my home course is on a maintenance week, and got a nice deal from this site, £20 instead of the usual £40.

I got a nice welcome from the pro shop, they were engaging and gave me great information on getting started on the course - it was my first visit.

Practice facilities were a quirky but small putting green and a net, which I could not find. Course maintenance was active, but unobtrusive and there was a local preferred lie rule in place.

The fairways showed evidence of the hot summer, they were patchy and very firm. The greens were fast and true, a delight to putt on and were comparable to the practice area.

The course was fairly quiet so pace of play was good and I had no real hold ups.

I found some of the cross fairways and tees a bit confusing, a map on the scorecard could have helped. The 18th is a daunting drive across a local road and into a good wind - a birdie to finish was the icing on the cake.

Great condition and very welcoming

Had a fantastic round, the course was in superb condition. Fairways were perfect and the greens were running true and fast. We weren’t held up once and finished 18 holes in 3hr 30. The club captain chatted to us out on the course, and members were equally friendly as we enjoyed a drink in the clubhouse afterwards. Some tricky bunker placing around greens and the course rewards straight hitting, but it’s a fair and honest course and incredibly picturesque parkland. A couple of tees criss cross and was thankful for signage telling us where to look out! Will definitely return soon.

Stunning.

What a stunning course. I was recommended this course by a friend so I decided to give it a try. I was certainly not disappointed.
It has to be one of the most beautiful courses that I have ever played. The course layout with so many tree lined fairways is both challenging and aesthetically pleasing on the eye. The par threes are a test being surrounded by numerous bunkers and a pond on the 15th.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I could go on and on.
We (Studley Entaco ) have a society match there on Sunday. I can’t wait !

happy day amazing course!

I'd like to keep it a secret, but have to tell you what an amazing course! I have been waiting years for this private club to offer some decent deals, and I'm thrilled to of played a great round in the winter sun today. Friendly pro showed me the first tee, good condition greens for time of year. Interesting holes, some water loads of bunkers I bet it's beautiful playing in the summer.
