Greens are lumpy and in poor condition otherwise a nice course

I’ve been playing golf for over 15 years and never in my years of playing have I ever came across a member of staff at a golf club so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. It actually shocked me. I payed for 2 players to play 18 holes of golf and also some extra things like snacks and drinks. On their score card it clearly states it is an 72 Par 18 hole course. Once I finished up the front 9, I went on to hole number 10 when all of a sudden this older member of staff screams over at me, “Hey! You’re Done!” In a a very aggressive tone and points in the direction of my car in the car park!!! I couldn’t believe what was happening. I went over to discuss what the problem was and all he could keep saying is “it’s a 9 hole course!!!” Again through our whole conversation being extremely aggressive. I explained that what they have advertised is an 18 hole course and also showed him the clubs scorecard which clearly states it’s an 18 hole course. While I was talking to him and explaining what they have advertised, and why his behaviour was unprofessional, all of a sudden he just walks away back inside the club house! He is an older I would call him a gentleman but he was far from one, with short grey hair and a short grey beard with glasses.

I enjoyed playing this course but will not be back again if this is how you get treated.

The course condition was well below par, we had booked for 18 holes and showed our booking which stated this was an 18 holes course. This is a 9 hole course and they are false advertising.

Moreover, when we entered the 10th hole as we waited for the golfers ahead to play we heard barking from a staff member who was extremely rude and personally I've never dealt with a person as rude in my life. I certainly won't be recommending this course not will I return.

It a good courses but you can only play 9 holes very disappointed you can not repeat 9 holes.

The overall course condition is good but the greens are worse than any pitch and putt course in Stepaside. Truely woeful. Pity as it has the potential to be a great little course if some effort put into maintaining the greens.
