Honey Creek Golf & Country Club

Some of the greens are in real bad shape. I actually had to improve my lie on one of them because my ball was sitting on nothing but sand. Overall, this was an enjoyable round. I will play there again.

The course is normally an excellent ego booster meaning short and the greens require speed and accuracy. The past outing with 10 friends was triple bogey for the greens. Several holes are experiencing green issues. (still has value for the $$$$)
Still a great track to play the staff are very friendly and offers a great 19th hole........

The course was not busy and I can see why. The greens were..... well lets say sand/dirt were 80 sand and 20 green. I mean we were putting on dirt the hole time. This is such a shame because the course is a nice short layout. If they would focus on the course maintenance especially the green, the course would be a fun place to play. I would not go back until i know for sure that these areas have been addressed.

This has to be the worst golf course in the state of Georgia. Every green was burnt up or covered in sand. No grass on the course in general. It only cost $20 but even that was a waste of money. Golf now should remove this course from its list.

Tee Box were ok, Fairways average and greens were poor. Not Quit sure what's going on at Honey Creek but I hope they regain the greens I once knew. Will play again still good value for Novice Golfers.

The staff was as normal, unfriendly.
The course could stand some maintenance and the greens were bad.

Course is short and fairways are bad shape a lot of bare spots tee boxes are horrific the greens were just horrible the staff was very friendly

Virtually no grass on greens, altohugh well packed and true. Rest of course average. I have played this course multiple times before and usually found it to be satisfactory. That time of year. maybe!!!!!!!

Played yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. The greens were aerated and sandy so our putting was off. Some of the holes on the back nine were a little tight and provided a good challenge.
We will definitely be back soon...

The greens are completely gone putted on green dirt, fairways were great. i think they should tell you that they have lost their greens.

They should close the course until they finish reconstructing their greens. I can't believe they charge to play this course. It would make great pasture land.

Less that $20 maybe, but not a penny more. Greens were playable, but far from good shape. Great layout, but needs a lot of attention.

Better than expected for the price. I will play there again.

This course needs some TLC. The course runs through a community and the fairways lined with homes. It was worth a look enjoyed the slow pace no rush atmosphere . Give it a try!

A beautiful day and had a great time. We were paired with another couple who were delightful. Enjoyed the day and the course, which was in good shape. The pro did a great job in getting people out, there were so many because of the warmer weather and everyone wanting to play.

Played by myself on Saturday at 12:50 pm. Played through a foursome on the second hole and never saw anybody else. Didn't feel like I was rushing or in a hurry once and finished in a few minutes less than 2 hours. The tee boxes and fairways weren't bad for the time of year but they were definitely not great. The greens rolled with consistent quick pace. If you hit a correct putt, it would go in. No issues with the greens at all, they even held and checked well. It's worth checking out at the right price. Bring some extra balls too. The first time seeing this course is tough due to many blind tee shots. GPS rangefinders or golf GPS on your smartphone is necessary even though they have hole diagrams. Laser rangefinders alone won't cut it. Go play!

Sept -Oct is a perfect time for golf... and this course is 110% better than it was 2 years ago!

Front 9 is short and open. The back nine is longer and generally tighter.
