Needs maintenance, high on price
Green fees were a bit high for the course conditions.
Fairways weren't clearly marked on some holes. Grass was spotty, sand traps weren't raked and had no rakes to clean up after a trip to the beach.
Traps were also dirt, full of grass ans water.
Overall a nice course but needs to be in the 25 dollar range, not the 35 dollar range.

Worth the cheaper price on a Sunday morning
With courses charging pre-Covid rates again and bookings filling up for the weekend way in advance, some friends and I decided to give this course a shot for the first time.
Tricky layout with lots of water that doesn’t suit a beginner’s play very well. Pace wasn’t bad but did run into a few slower groups towards the end of our round. Course conditions are very hit or miss. Front nine was solid, and all the greens were clean but slow. Definitely some instances of over-watering or poor drainage on the back nine as fairway grass was either overgrown or had lots of dead spots. Was hard to find grass on 2/3s of the tee boxes.
Overall, the course isn’t bad if you need a last minute spot on the weekend for cheap, but I’d still rather spend the extra 20/30$ to play something that doesn’t have gimmicky holes and poor conditions.

Needs to be watered
Tee boxes so hard & try could not get tees to go in. Very little grass. Fairways also very dry & the little grass there was brown. Doesn’t appear as course has been watered in a long time play other courses in the area in the hot summer & you see watering being down & course in much better condition

It’s getting there…lovely scenery. Course has made a 180 from years past. Almost there! Keep it up.

Overall bad experience
They completely overbooked the morning. We were backed up a couple groups and had a couple groups behind us waiting for every shot. It was a weekend and none of the water jugs were filled. They didn’t have any ball washers out. The grass that was there was overgrown. The bunkers were just mud on most holes. The tee boxes and fairways were dead in most spots and forced you to hit off of dirt on most swings. The greens were covered in divots and dead spots. This course was way under my expectations. It is the most expensive course in the area to play and by far the worst I’ve ever played. Do not recommend to anyone.
