About
Fox Run Golf Links opened in 1984 but over the past two years the course underwent a major renovation that made the layout both more challenging for serious players but also more forgiving for the recreational golfer. The multi-million-dollar renovation included enhancements to the hole layouts, redesigning the bunkers, installing a new irrigation system, and creating new practice and chipping areas. Water comes into play often throughout the golf course and you'll find elevation changes on nearly every green. The water holes will be especially tough if you have a tendency to slice the ball. Thanks to the varied layout, which includes some holes that are wide open and others that are more target-style golf, you will get the opportunity to work on different types of shots. Fox Run Golf Links is a challenging but fair test that players of all skill levels can enjoy.

Since the weather was cold, there was only a few people were playing and I was able to finish the game within 2 1/2 hours.

Nice renovated course
It’s 1st time playing here since it’s redo. Nice new looking clubhouse and some holes been done as well.

Good end of season round
The pace was good,l @ 4 hours and the course was in decent shape considering the time of year. I like the new clubhouse but wish there was a bigger pro shop . Over all it was a good round

Nice local municipality course with a fair but at times challenging layout.
Fun course that just needs a bit of attention to the tee boxes.

Nice course!
Played 9-holes. It's a pretty fast pace course. New updated modern clubhouse.I highly recommend this course

Nice short course in Elk Grove
Nice course. Short, but fun to play. More par fives, but I enjoyed the course I felt the greens rolled pretty true and were in pretty good condition.
