Greens
Fairways great especially given limited rainfall.
A few greens are in need of total rehaul, especially 13th.
A few greens were improved.
Need to trim back some trees, 8th, 10th, 13th, 4th, as it is nearly impossible to hit a tee shot.
Staff always nice.
Worst course ever
I wish I had the option to put 0 stars. Absolutely horrendous. 13th hole is literally just mud with a hole on it

Worst Greens I've Ever Seen
One green was 99% dirt. Most of the greens had large patches of cracked dirt. It was honestly shocking to see.

Very poor conditions
- several of the greens are bothering but mud
- tee boxes are in very poor condition
- very limited signage, tough course as it crosses the road sereral times.
- too many dog walkers on the course. Some walking right toward you as you try to tee off.
- Good: other golfers were nice

Very poorly kept greens
Course is a cool course winding through neighborhoods but the greens were AWFUL. One home was actually just dirt and no grass. Would come back if they fixed it a little

In Terrible Shape
Don't play this course for more than $20. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens are all in terrible shape. Trees need to be trimmed on half the tee boxes. Hit your ball straighter than straight, or else you're losing it.

Great city experience
Absolutely would recommend this course to anybody who wants a fun round of golf in an urban environment. Very laid back and interesting course layout.
The general course is in great condition, except for some of the greens, which I know are being worked on.

Great value
I’ve played this course since 1974. Been remodeled and conditions great. Cut and mowed down rough a lot to make more playable. Greens getting better.

Great course
New tee and hole placement changes regularly. Greens are harsh but understandable for the weather. Staff, groundskeepers, and management are all great.

The course was unique and would've been enjoyable if it wasn't for the terrible maintenance.The greens were terrible. Quite often they weren't even grass covered. The grass in the tee boxes and fairway looked like it hadn't been cut in a while. Some of the tree branches encroached the fairways, and there were quite a bit of dog walkers.
