Get your butt kicked in a budget
Well maintained, banked fairways, two challenging Par 5s, water everywhere. This is an intelligently-managed municipal course that will test you and take your balls away. But it’s cool. Just get better, OK?
This 9 hole golf course is challenging with a lot water.
Nice course
We took a gamble and booked it on a day that rain was forecasted it drizzled thru most of the time but it wasn’t bad. Will play there again when it’s sunny
Fun and challenging day out
This was the 1st time that my wifeand I had visited Streamwood Oaks. I really enjoyed the layout of the course. The par 3s were really fun and challenging. The greens and fairways are well kept by the staff. The only drawback was the amount of goose droppings around the water hazards. Otherwise, we had a fun experience and will definitely be back when we want to get in a quick 9.
Not great experience today.
Bill was not good to work with. Charged me more than the reservation. Conplained about everything. Customer service is a low priority.
Course was fair. Needed grooming. Fairways to high.
Hidden Gem in the Burbs
Went from being a decent golfer to a low single digit playing this course almost 5 times a week for 5 or 6 years. To say I know it is an understatement. Now I am a PGA professional and I can tell you that having an accessible 9 hole course I could count on walking on daily was a great help in my development. Played with a mini tour player once from the Gold Tees when the equipment was not as long, he said it was a new favorite for his stays nearby. I do not remember anyone shooting much below par.... ever...., though today's equipment might make that more realistic.
A walking work out!
I played late on a Saturday...as i was looking for a good nine hole to practice and walk. This is a BIG nine hole course. And provided a tremendous walk. Conditions were good on the fairways and green. Grass a bit long. Many long straight runs. Would play again.
Fun Course
Really fun course to play. A few holdups on the pace of play but really everyone has those days so who cares. Front desk people are great and the beer is cold;)
Excellent staff, Good course
Friendly staff, Course is well maintained. All three of us enjoyed the visit and game.
Pace of play
For a nine hole course way worth the money
Took 2.5 hours group in front of us was brutal in so many ways
We had 4 people they had 3 we waited every hole
Course is challenging and tight
Would only play agIn on a hot deal
Golf
First time at this course. Pace of play started out great. On the last few holes it got jammed up pretty bad. Especially on the 9th hole. All in all I would play there again because the location is close to my home. I wouldn't drive out of my way to play here. Prefer 18 holes but not a bad 9 hole course.
