Allendale Country Club

Great greens and looked good to my eye. Only issue was course was a little wet due to recent rains and proximity to a marshy area. However, fairways were dry for most part and wetness only issue if you made it an issue with wayward shots.

Great course... Get out there An PLAY....!Been golfing for over 30 years.. I wouldn't recommend a dump...This course is challenging but fair..Greens are sometimes FAST.. But lately average..If your looking to play somewhere NEW this is the course to try...

The course played extra tough for our round, with swirling winds essentially the whole time. The course itself was in great shape for April... the greens at Allendale are always challenging and very quick. This course is both a good test of golf from the tips and enjoyable track for beginners form the forward tees. I look forward to going back later this season on a less windy day!

Had a blast here. Greens were very undulating and made for a good challenge. I could play this course over and over and not get bored. Great layout

Wonderful day out on the course. everything was in good shape, most of the leaves removed from the fairways so finding your ball wasn't too difficult. Course was not crowded and pace was however you wanted it. I'd definitely go back

Allendale is a fine test of management and shot making skills. One of my favorite local courses & a breeze to walk. New Greens-Keeper this yr. and no drop off in condition. Course is in really great shape, greens rolling true. Price, course condition and layout make this semi-private a really good value.

Good deal on golfnow. Great fall day but windy. Interesting course with couple water holes and dog legs. Good rustic New England course. Greens in great shape and quick. Not a lot of people playing but seemed to back up on back nine.4+ hours for 18. Would definitely go back.

Conditions were great considering how wet it had been for 3 days prior. Long greens. First time I played a course of this length. Very enjoyable. You need to be up on your fairway woods or hybrids. Can't wait to do it again.

Allendale has it all. Greens are the best, fast and challenging and always in excellent shape. Fun round.

Tees, fairways and greens in great shape. Some very interesting and fun holes. The rough was a bit burned out.
The greens were exceptional. Pace of play was good and the value was terrific.

The storm siren went off after the 8th hole so they gave me a voucher for 9 holes not the full 18.
The last time I played this course I only finished 11 holes due to back up, one group on tee and two others waiting in front of me. Not happy at all and after I use the voucher I will not be booking there again

Kinda a link style course greens were very well-maintained fairways were beautiful rough was a little thick but all in all was a very nice course love to play there again

I was visiting Providence & looking for a place to play. what a gem I found in Allendale CC It was a great course! A terrific deal on Golf Now. Excellent conditions, friendly staff, who let me go out early & I was done in 3 hrs. Played from the tips and with the wind, some par 4s were 5s. Wind could be 2-3 club difference, especially of the par 3s. Had a nice sandwich in the grill helped make for a wonderful day. Definitely would play again.
The driving range has mats and you can't hit anything over 200 yds ; cart paths, where they have them, are gravel which makes for a bumby ride at times.

I'm not sure what their normal rates are but for a hot deal on GolfNow the night before it was a steal!

Great course layout, narrow fairways, and lightning fast greens with tough pin placement will bring me back in the near future.

If you enjoy a course with fast greens, tilted putting surface, and long rough, then this is your new home. You miss the fairway on your tee shot, and the rough will catch your ball like velcro. I was fortunate enough to play with two young local players who showed me the way to play the course on the front 9 . Course knowledge will save you some strikes. The back 9 I could have used their advice. Pace of play was fine. If you have a chance include this course on your summer play list.

Booked on golf now, 18 holes with a buddy. As I drove up to the course I could already see the great conditions. Got to the pro shop where they were very friendly and informative. Packed up the cart and headed to the first tee....a beauty. We continued on and I must say as I got to 18 I was still saying how beautiful each hole was and how the conditions were superb. Greens were big and in great shape....rolled true. Don't miss the fairway because the rough will eat your ball lol....

Like I said don't pass it up its a great track!!

Greens are fast, undulating and very interesting. My favorite part of playing Allendale. Course is always in very good shape and layout is challenging but fair.

Course was immaculate. This course for a first timer is difficult there's a bunch of doglegs. Good thing I had a rangefinder but even that only helps so much. Definitely a must play and great value. Easy walking course
