AWESOME Course and Staff
Played Stonehenge South and this course was spectacular! Very challenging and the staff was friendly and gave recommendations on how to play the course (I should have listened). When we finished the round we asked if we could get a replay tee time unfortunately there were none available but they did refer us to another one of their Gull Lake courses (Bedford Valley). That course was awesome as well. I highly recommend both course.
Challenging!
Beautiful day on a beautiful course. Up North scenary! Need to keep your driver in the bag for lots of holes. Overall, happy w the decision to play at Stonehedge South. Play it next time your in Battle Creek👍
Nice course
The pace of play was good. We were beginning and slower than most, but other groups were friendly when playing through.
The golf carts aren’t electric like they are at other Gull Lake View courses, and we didn’t like the gas fumes while my wife is pregnant. We really enjoyed ourselves otherwise, but probably won’t return to Stonehedge until they switch to electric carts.
Beautiful course
Beautiful course. Leaves have various colors in the fall. Fairway are narrow. So it is challenging for beginners like me.
What’s happened to etiquette?
As always, course in great shape and one of my favorites at Gull Lake. Played as a single and caught 4 ladies on #5 who didn’t offer me to play thru. Passed them at the turn only to catch a foursome of guys on #10 who also didn’t ask if I wanted to play thru. This, despite seeing me approach the tee on every hole as they left the tee box didn’t set well.
4.5 hours for a round is absurd, but luckily I was able to watch the Lions game in between shots 😂
Nice course
One of our favorite courses in the area. Wish they had electric carts like the other Gull Lake Resort courses.
Installation of new power lines thru
middle of course. All holes not impacted except lost some good trees around 13 green, shame. Played this course over 30 times and moved away. Play it everytime I'm in town. Still love it
Greens
Challenging greens that rolled true and held. Every green had some level of break.
Very hilly very scenic smaller greens a lot of fun

My wife and I played this course on Thursday, September 29, 2022 very nice sunny cool day with no wind. I could not get over how hilly this course was for being in southern Michigan and the original Scott family layout is very good and a lot of fun and a lot of challenge. The rock walls are what they call Stonehenge walls were really kind of neat to see and for the price of $29 each on golf now or tee off it was a good very good value. Would not hesitate to play again but I would probably try to call Luke east and west courses first. My buddy and I played Stonehedge North last year and that was very nice and it seems it was a little newer than the south course a little bit more open and larger greens.
